我国医学期刊结构式摘要的内容及格式探讨

【摘要】：目的科研课题，要发表数以千万计的科学技术资料，仅拿生物医学期刊来说，目前已达３万多种，其增长速度每１０ａ就要翻一番，新兴学科的资料，每四五年、甚至二三年就要翻一番（ＷａｒｒｅｎＫＳ．优报交流规律和核心期刊选择．北京：医学图书馆管理研讨会论文汇编，１９８２．１２）。根据美国科学基金委员会、凯斯工学院研究基金会和日本国家统作者单位目的、研究设计、研究单位、患者或其他参与者、处理方法、测定及主要结果、结论．综述类论文结构式摘要的内容包括研究ｇ的、资料来源、资料选择、资料提取、资料合成结果、结论６个方面。医学学术刊物刊登的论文不仅有临床研究类论文，还有基础医学和预防医学研究类论文，调查报告、新技术与新方法、经验交流、个案报告、综述、评述等许多类。如果仅临床研究类论文和综述类论文用Ｈａｙｎｅｓ结构式摘要，而其它类别的论文不用结构式摘要是不合适的，另外，我国的国家标准ＧＢ６４４７—８６文摘编写规则对文摘的详简度、文摘的要素及写作注意事项都有明确的要求．此标准的目的是为了促进文摘编写的规范化，，不仅适用于编写文摘员文摘，也适用于编写作者文摘，该标准适用于全部学术论文．我国的医学学术期刊，其写作要求应首先符合我国的国家标准，
[Abstract]:Objective to publish tens of millions of scientific and technological materials for scientific research, taking biomedical journals as an example, at present there are more than 30,000 kinds of scientific research subjects, the growth rate of which is doubled every 10 years, and the data of new disciplines are published every four or five years. The contents of the structural summary of summary papers include six aspects: research g, data source, data selection, data extraction, data synthesis, and conclusion. There are not only clinical research papers, but also basic and preventive medical research papers, investigation reports, new technologies and methods, experience exchange, case reports, reviews, reviews and so on. It would be inappropriate to use Haynes structural abstracts for only clinical research papers and summary articles, and no structural abstracts for other types of papers. The rules for the preparation of GB6447-86 abstracts of China's national standards have clear requirements for the brevity of abstracts, the essentials of abstracts and the matters needing attention in writing. The purpose of this standard is to promote the standardization of abstracts writing. This standard is applicable to all academic papers. The writing requirements of medical academic journals in China should first conform to the national standards of our country.
