The early development of such skills also helps in polishing the creativity, innovation and problem solving skills that helps in the identification of individuals who have exceptional talent in terms of leadership. By helping other members of the team to work towards shared goals and objectives and ensuring proper cohesion that the member of the team work towards a common goal, the team efforts is a mean through which the objectives of the group could be effectively accomplish along with the learning objectives that the course supervisor wishes to impart in the students (Gersick, 1988).
