压疮风险管理在临床护理中的应用The Application of Pressure ulcer Risk Management in Clinical Nursing

摘    要

目的  旨在探讨压疮风险管理在临床护理中的应用，从而降低压疮护理风险，提高整体的护理质量。方法   以2012年2月到2013年2月期间收治的共计约25例压疮患者进行研究，通过进行压疮风险管理作为实验组，并与2011年期间的18例未进行压疮风险管理的患者进行对照，，从而得出压疮风险管理临床的实际应用效果。结果  研究结果表明，经过风险管理的实验组的压疮发生率要明显的低于对照组。最后，本文从压疮发生的原因以及相关护理措施根本上入手，通过分析研究提出建立制度化和程序化的压疮风险管理措施。 结论  通过适当的压疮风险管理能够有效地降低压疮的发生率，提高护理质量的效果。

ABSTRACT

Objective  to investigate the pressure ulcer risk management in clinical care, thus reducing the risk of pressure ulcer care and improve the overall quality of care. Method  To admitted in February 2012 to February 2013 period a total of about 25 cases studied in patients with pressure ulcers, pressure sores by making risk management as the experimental group, and with 18 cases did not carry out the risk management of pressure ulcers in patients conducted during 2011 control, so as to arrive pressure sores practical application of risk management clinic. Result  The results showed that the incidence of pressure sores after the experimental group risk management to be significantly lower than the control group. Finally, the reason for this paper and the associated pressure ulcer care measures fundamentally start by analyzing the study proposed the establishment of institutional and procedural pressure ulcer risk management measures. Conclusion  Through appropriate pressure ulcer risk management can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and improve the quality of care results.

引言

对于压疮患者，尤其是多数患者本身就是身患疾病、久卧不起，不仅降低其生活质量，而且给其身心健康带来很大的伤害；严重的患者如果出现感染，则有可能导致全身衰竭死亡。压疮不仅仅是对病人的挑战，其预防和护理治疗也是医学领域的一个难题。

4. 总结

本研究结果显示，实验组的压疮发生率要明显的低于对照组，这表明了通过压疮风险管理能够很好的降低压疮的发生率。本文通过对压疮的发病趋势，发病内外因素，评估以及压疮的常见护理措施分析，提出了需要建立制度化和程序化的压疮临床护理风险管理，从而减少和避免压疮的发生，保护病人的安全。
