ABSTRACT Objective: To study the values of CDFI on the diagnosis of endometrium carcinoma. Methods: To measure the average velocity of uterus artery and blood flow within the tumors, pulse index(PI),resistant index(RI),blood flow grade and the staging characteristics of 2D-CDFI in 48 cases diagnosed as endometrium carcinoma. Results: The average blood flow speed of uterus artery was 30.52±3.76cm/s，PI was 1.52±0.36，RI was 0.68±0.02.The average velocity of linear and Spotted blood flow within the tumors was 21.8±0.78cm/s，PI was 0.69±0.23，，RI was 0.44±0.04 .The percentage of blood flow grade 0，Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ within the tumors were 8.3%（4/48），10.4%（5/48）,50.0%（24/48），31.3%（15/48）respectively. Conclusion: CDFI can provide valuable reference on early diagnosis of endometrium carcinoma,differential diagnosis and clinical stage.

子宫内膜癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤之一，多发生于绝经期前后。随着女性平均寿命的延长，子宫内膜癌有明显上升趋势。本文对我院2003至2008年经彩超检查，手术及病理证实的48例子宫内膜癌进行总结，分析声像图及血流特征，探讨彩超对子宫内膜癌的诊断价值。
