Abstract：Now，Social organizations in the field of the protection of human rights in China play an important role, and gradually play a role of bridge and link of communication between the Government and society, enterprises and society. Especially in the period of transition of the economic and social development, the protection of human rights issues more and more, more and more important, the government can not afford to, there is no need to assume all the protection of human rights functions. Society organizations for the cause of government protection of human rights "lose weight", the protection of human rights contradictory "thinner". 社会组织在全球范围内的兴起与发展, 成功的回应与解答了长期困扰人们的、社会转型期所凸现的市场失灵和政府失灵问题, 实践证明它是人类社会发展史上重大的组织创新和制度创新。这种创新, 为人类社会实现可持续发展提供了具有鲜明优势和深厚潜力的新社会工具。目前，社会组织已在我国人权保障领域发挥了作用，，并逐步起到了沟通政府与社会、企业与社会的桥梁和纽带作用。而且，社会组织在我国人权保障中的作用不仅仅限于为发展带来资金方面的援助, 更在于知识传播、典型示范、人才培养等方面的作用, 给解决我国社会转型时期的人权保障问题带来了一些新的思路和模式, 这对我国人权保障事业与社会发展具有重要的参考与借鉴价值。
