西方价值观对高校意识形态安全建设的影响
摘要:随着全球经济的持续稳定发展,使得世界一体化的进程加快,国家相互之间的交流也随之增多,而价值观又能从侧面间接反映出经济和社会生活的状况。在每个不同的时代他都会有着自己独特的符号,并随着时间的发展,直接影响着人们的行为模式。而我国自从改革开放以来,在这几十年的发展当中大量吸取外国文化,很多人的生活习惯及部分价值观已经逐渐被西方社会所同化,而这些西方的意识形态不仅仅满足于我国的社会层面,并且对我国高校的意识形态安全建设也产生很大的消极影响。近几年来,教育部也越来越意识到问题的严重性,教育部部长袁贵仁在多次会议上都提及高校的意识形态安全,并对高校意识形态安全的种种要求做出了特殊的指点,曾在会议上发言,“要求加强对高校教师的政治思想觉悟、相关法律法规、自身道德修养的建设与培养,作为一名高校教师,要时刻具备防范西方价值观渗透的能力,加强对高校思想政治、马克思哲学等相关教材的规范管理,不允许让西方价值观的书籍成为我国高校意识形态教材的主流,,更不能让课堂上出现各种不利于社会主义、不忠于执政党、对国家及社会安全造成危害的言论。并且作为一名合格的高校教师,要对学生及学校负责,不能把自身的不良情绪带到课堂上来,影响教学质量的同时,容易给学生带来负面影响。对于西方文化渗透的现象,我们应该从根源上遏制西方价值观对高校意识形态的消极影响,让本土文化占据高校校园的主流”。我认为袁部长的说法非常正确,我国具有五千多年的悠久历史,是世界四大文明古国之一,其文化价值绝不会逊色于任何一个国家及地域。所以我们不能、也不允许在本土文化上让西方意识形态成为主流。因此我们应该承担起文化价值观传承的义务,使优良的文化传统得以延续,尤其要加强对高校师生文化意识形态安全的建设。
Abstract: with the continuous and stable development of global economy, the process of global integration is accelerating and exchange among different countries increasing. And the values also reflects the economic and social situation indirectly. In different times, the values has its own unique symbol and, as time goes by, it can have a direct influence on people’s behavior model. Since the open-up and reform, our country absorbed much foreign culture, and many people’s life habits and some values were assimilated by western countries. However, the westerners’ ideology has not only penetrated into the our social aspects, but also brought a negative effect on ideology safety construction in colleges and universities. In recent years, the Ministry of Education increasingly realized this serious problem. In many meetings,Yuan Guiren, minister of Ministry of Education,mentioned the ideological problem in colleges and universities. He also gave special remarks on how to ensure the ideology safety in colleges and universities. Once, he made a statement in a meeting “the cultivation of teachers’ political awareness, knowledge of laws and regulations, moral integrity should be enhanced. As a college teacher, he/she should always be capable of preventing western values penetration and enhancing the regulation of related textbooks, such as ideological and politics and Marxist philosophy. Never should the western-values textbooks become the mainstream of ideology textbooks in Chinese universities and colleges; speeches that go against socialism, ruling party and national security should not appear in the classroom. In addition, as a qualified teacher, he/she should be responsible for students and the school, and he/she should not bring the negative emotions to the class, as this not only affects the teaching quality, but also brings negative energy to the students. As for the western culture penetration, we should prevent the western values’ negative effect on ideology in colleges and universities and make local culture the mainstream ideology in colleges and universities.I totally agree with Mr. Yuan. China is one of the four great ancient civilizations in the world and has a time-honored history of more than 5,000 years. And the culture value here won’t be inferior to that in any other countries or regions. So we should never let the western ideology dominate our local culture. And we should take the responsibility to inherit cultural values so that the good cultural traditions can be inherited. In particular, we should enhance the cultural ideology safety construction for teachers and students in universities and colleges.
大学生是祖国的未来,是民族的希望,祖国的未来需要一批批高校大学生的努力与付出,如果让西方价值观过多的影响到高校的意识形态,对高校乃至国家的意识形态安全都是一种威胁。所以本文的研究课题是西方价值观对我国高校意识形态建设的影响,首先介绍选题的背景及研究意义,分析研究的主题,和介绍研究方法。其次对意识形态做些浅显的概述,阐述意识形态起源、含义、表现等,并分析高校意识形态安全建设的必要性及不断获得关注的原因。再次,了解下西方价值观对中国高校意识形态渗透的现状及影响分析。最后判断西方价值观对高校意识形态安全的影响,并根据影响提出在西方价值观的背景下建设高校意识形态安全的策略。应该加强对我国社会主义核心价值观的学习,逐渐巩固和稳定高校意识形态安全,建立起安全的高校意识形态。
College students are the future and hope of China, and China’s development needs the college students’ efforts and devotion. If the western values has affected the ideology of college students too much, it will be a threat to the ideology safety in colleges, universities and even China. So the research subject of this paper is the western values’ effect on the ideology construction in Chinese colleges and universities. Firstly, this paper introduced the background and research significance, analyzed the research subject and introduced the research methods. Then, it made a general introduction of ideology, elaborated the origin, meaning, representation, etc. of ideology, and analyzed the necessity for the ideology safety construction in colleges and universities and the reason why it can draw constant attention. Later on, it introduced the status-quo of western values penetration and analyzed the effect. At last, it made a judgment on the western values’ effect on ideology safety and accordingly put forward strategies for constructing the ideology safety under the background of western values. We should enhance learning socialist values, gradually consolidate and stabilize the ideology safety in colleges and universities, and build a safe ideology.
高校意识形态安全的建设,对于国家、对于高校、对于每个高校的师生都是极为重要的,关键是看我们如何把这么重要的任务做好,怎么用行动完成高校意识形态安全建设的历史重任。这就需要我们共同努力,要抓住机遇、迎接挑战、无畏艰险,在历史文化发展的进程中,引导我国高校意识形态安全的发展方向,推动社会主义价值观的主导思想,这不仅仅是国家的责任,也是高校的政治任务,更是我们每一位高校学生应该懂得的道理,需要我们共同的努力与付出。
Ideology safety construction is very important for China, colleges and every student and teacher there. The most important thing is how we can do well such an important job and how we can take actions to fulfill the historical responsibility of ideology safety construction in universities and colleges. Then, in the process of cultural development, we should work together, seize the opportunities, embrace the challenges, face up to difficulties, guide the development orientation of ideology safety in colleges and universities, and promote the dominate philosophy of socialist values. This is not only the whole country’s responsibility, but also the colleges’ political mission. Moreover, it’s even a lesson that each college student should know. And we need to join hands to work hard.
