宫颈小细胞癌临床分析

【 Abstract 】 Objective: Small cell carcinoma of the cervix (SCCC) the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment process analysis and prognosis.Methods: 12 cases of SCCC patients clinical data were reviewed, analyzed the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.Result :49 patients are performance have different degree of vagina drainage anomaly, bleeding, cervical local tumor of all the cauliflower shape wait for a phenomenon. FIGO staging: including stage I 8 cases of stage II, 30 cases, 6 cases of stage III and IV b cases in 5 patients. The radiation 23 cases, surgery and postoperative chemotherapy (26 cases), pelvic lymph node positive patients in 15 cases, vascular tumor patients with pin 11 cases. According to the different condition after radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgical method combined treatment in patients with stage I no death, phase II of the patients in 4 cases of death, phase III 2 cases died, IV b 4 cases were died.
Conclusion: For SCCC, lymphatic invasion and vascular tumor bolt, staging is the main factors of prognosis. Surgery and release, chemotherapy combined treatment for early treatment has good curative effect. Implement chemotherapy can to control the distant metastasis has good effect, and postoperative radiotherapy can further prevent local pelvic recurrence phenomenon, the chemoradiation is toxic, but can tolerate, overall survival rate is not high, with poor prognosis.

做为临床上较为特殊的严重的恶性肿瘤，宫颈小细胞癌(small cell carcinoma of the cervix，SCCC)在宫颈浸润癌中的比例约占0.8％至2％。它的临床表现同临床常见宫颈浸润癌极为相似，但是其生物学的行为却与宫颈浸润癌有很大差异。淋巴侵犯以及脉管瘤栓是危及生命的主要因素。手术与放、化疗联合治疗对早期治疗有着较好的疗效。由于SCCC的恶性程度相对较高且其生长迅速快，而且还具有在早期就会发生转移等恶性的生物学特点，并且其预后差，，临床资料表明在其经过初次治疗后其无瘤的间期一般都不到2年，通常会在6-12个月再次复发。5年的生存率更是较低。在目前的临床治疗上通常会与治疗小细胞肺癌以及传统的宫颈癌治疗方法相同。但是对SCCC的治疗的效果以及其预后并不理想。本文就49例SCCC患者资料进行临床回顾，探讨分析其临床特点，诊断，治疗以及预后。具体如下：
