论科技期刊选题策划中的信息整合

【摘要】：为满足科技期刊编辑在选题策划中对有效信息的需求,实现外部信息与内部信息有机融合与平滑流动,将信息整合理论应用于出版选题策划的研究中,在探讨信息整合的含义和基本功能的基础上,研究出版信息整合的4个层面,给出了选题策划中整合信息的一般过程,为出版决策提供科学依据和技术保障。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of scientific and technological periodical editors for effective information in topic selection planning, and to realize the organic fusion and smooth flow of external and internal information, the information integration theory is applied to the research of publishing topic planning. On the basis of discussing the meaning and basic function of information integration, this paper studies the four levels of publishing information integration, and gives the general process of integrating information in the planning of topic selection, which provides scientific basis and technical guarantee for publishing decision.
