【摘要】：正2016年11月7日,媒体报道了南京多家影院映前广告居然多达19条、时长12分钟的消息。随后南京市民戴女士针对四川卢米埃影业有限公司南京绿地分公司滥播映前广告的行为提请诉讼。最近,这起针对映前广告的诉讼正式判决,南京鼓楼区人民法院判定,被告构成对原告知情权的侵犯,责令被告对原告进行书面道歉并承担案件受理费用。(《扬子晚报》,9月25日)戴女士所购电影票票面标注的电影播放时间是当天的20时45分,但是卢米埃影城一直播放广告直至20时52分才开始播放正片。去过电影院的人很多都有过类似戴女士的遭遇。
