【摘要】：网络在给我们带来了海量信息、大大拓展了我们言论空间的同时,网络语言暴力也呈现愈演愈烈的趋势,在剧本创作期间,本人对网络语言暴力出现的原因进行了思考:1.新闻媒体在传播过程中,“把关人”责任意识的缺失,一些媒体为了点击率而不惜成为“标题党”,随意给新闻人物标签化引导大众。2.网络的匿名性为网民在辱骂和攻击他人过程中提供了不需要负责任的庇护。3.网民素质参差不齐,网民年龄较低、文化程度较低的群体容易受到群体情绪的感染、对事件认识表面、是非判断能力不强。4.缺乏相关法律法规的管理,网络环境得不到相应的监管和惩戒,造成网络语言暴力现象愈发严重。根据上述思考,剧本围绕“明星吴言出轨”这一事件分别从三个主人公:娱乐编辑谭馨、曝料者徐荣、大学生刘菲的三个视角,讲述在这一事件中,不同角色所发生的故事。娱乐编辑谭馨代表的媒体为了一己私利,不顾新闻事实进行报道,引导舆论走向。曝料者徐荣为了利益编造谎言曝料给媒体,大学生刘菲作为低龄网民、“键盘侠”的代表,不理智、冲动的传播新闻、以不合理手段进行人肉新闻主人公,谩骂攻击,通过这三段故事表达了作者对网络语言环境的担忧和思考。三段故事每段故事独立剪辑,又相互关联。在故事的结尾,交代了编辑谭馨歪曲事实被辞退、曝料者徐荣侵犯他人名誉权面临牢狱之灾的结局,网络环境中的施暴者刘菲在故事最后,因辱骂外卖小哥的视频被“有选择性的”意外曝光后,被网民人肉攻击,意在表明每个身处网络环境的网民既是参与者、施暴者也可能会成为受害者。

Lack of relevant laws and regulations management, the network environment can not be the corresponding supervision and punishment. According to the above thinking, the script revolves around the incident of "star Wu Yan derailment" from three protagonists: entertainment editor Tan Xin and disclosures of Xu Rong. Liu Fei, a college student, tells the story of different roles in this event. Entertainment editor Tan Xin represents the media for their own self-interest, regardless of the news facts to report. To guide the public opinion.
