【摘要】:医疗剧作为一种大众传播媒介,是医学与社会沟通的桥梁,使患者、社会能够更加立体地了解医学、医院和医生,应承担起健康文化传播的社会责任。通过分析中美医疗剧在编剧、制作、传播中的差异,提出国产医疗剧应取长补短,借鉴美国医疗剧的发展经验,本着尊重科学、敬畏生命、尊重事实、崇尚人文的原则,追求医学专业特质的严肃性,呈现医学技术的有限性,正视医疗差错的不可避免性,体现医学专业精神的内涵,制播根植于中国文化背景、具有本土特点的精品医疗剧,发挥健康文化传播主阵地的引领作用。
[Abstract]:As a kind of mass media is the bridge of medicine, medical drama, communication and society so that patients can be more three-dimensional understanding of social, medical, hospital and doctor, shouldassume a healthy cultural dissemination of social responsibility. Through the analysis of Chinese and American medical drama screenwriter, production, dissemination of the difference, proposed the domestic medical drama should learn from each other, learn from the development experience of American medical drama, the spirit of respect for science, reverence for life, respect the facts, upholding the principle of humanity, the pursuit of serious medical professional qualities, limitation of the medical technology, inevitably face medical errors, medical professional spirit connotation embodied, and rooted in the Chinese cultural background, with the local characteristics of fine medical drama, play a leading role in the health culture main position.
