【摘要】：本文聚焦于新世纪以来十余年间，整个中国社会经过市场经济转轨，渐次步入全球化发展轨道，国内电影产业在斑驳复杂的转型中所出现的票房分配问题。在电影消费由单级裂变为多元的进程中，国内电影业的票房分配格局在上述多元合力下所发生的颠覆性变化。这其中滋生的各种利益冲突与纠纷均对整个电影行业的发展产生出巨大的影响与作用。在绪论部分对本文的选题背景、文献综述与研究方法详尽阐述之后，论文的正文部分由以下三章构成。第一章从电影的产品特性、获得票房分配的投资主体、产业链各环节企业的票房分账比例以及分配的原则几方面对电影业的利润如何产生、如何分配、分配给谁以及为什么电影产品容易引发分配冲突进行简要阐释。第二章本文的重心，分析国内电影业在票房分配中所遇到的问题及其原因分析。问题主要分为五个方面：分账模式的单一呆板，各自为营的利益之争，单方企业利益最大化与行业综合最优的矛盾，，法律意识与行业自律的不足，政府职能在票房分配中的作用有待改善。而这些问题的出现都与整个电影业公平感的缺失有关。第三章从调整趋势与实现的条件两方面入手，分析未来国内电影业的发展方向。最后一部分文章结语，对国内电影业的票房分配格局及其问题进行总结。
[Abstract]:This article focuses on more than ten years since the new century, the whole Chinese society has gradually stepped into the track of globalization through the transition of market economy. The domestic film industry in the mottled complex transformation of the box office distribution problem. In the process of film consumption from a single-level fission into a pluralistic process. The subversive change of box office distribution pattern of domestic film industry under the combination of the above factors. All kinds of conflicts of interest and disputes which breed among them have great influence and effect on the development of the whole film industry. Part of the background of this paper. After the literature review and research methods are elaborated in detail, the text of the thesis consists of the following three chapters. The first chapter is about how to produce and distribute the profits of the film industry from the aspects of the characteristics of the film product, the investment subject of the box office distribution, the proportion of the box-office share of the enterprises in each link of the industry chain and the principle of the distribution. Who is assigned and why film products are prone to cause assignment conflicts are briefly explained. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the domestic film industry in the box office distribution problems and their causes. The problem is divided into five aspects: the single accounting model of rigid, each for the benefit of the fight. The contradiction between the benefit maximization of unilateral enterprises and the comprehensive optimum of the industry, the deficiency of the legal consciousness and the self-discipline of the industry. The role of government in box office distribution needs to be improved. These problems are related to the lack of fairness in the film industry as a whole. The third chapter analyzes the development direction of domestic film industry in the future from two aspects: the adjustment trend and the realization condition. The last part of the article concludes the box office distribution pattern and its problems in domestic film industry.
