[Abstract]:Chinese animation has developed from the 1920s to the present. Although the entire industrial model is not as sound as the United States, Japan is so sound and mature. However, through the annual growth of output figures, we can see that the whole industry is developing rapidly. Thus, animation has become a hot specialty in China's universities and colleges. According to statistics, as of 2008, There are about 447 universities in China that have set up 1230 animation colleges and departments. So far, the author thinks that the number of colleges and universities that set up animation major or involve animation specialty is much higher than that in 2008. The numbers. But the good times aren't long, Behind this prosperous scene, animation education in our country has great blindness and utilitarianism, which also exposes the disadvantages of many colleges and universities, such as the shortage of teachers, conditions, professional orientation and teaching system. As a result, students are unable to find suitable jobs after graduation, and it is very difficult for enterprises to recruit employees suitable for the development of enterprises. The employment situation of students in the past two years has shown that this phenomenon is becoming more and more serious. Animation major also once red light became the most difficult to obtain employment major. The basic task of colleges and universities is to train senior specialized talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. Higher vocational colleges should find out the characteristics of their students according to their own strength and market demand. The author, as a front-line professional educator of animation, has the duty to explore, think and study how the animation major in higher vocational colleges should meet the needs of the market. Give yourself a clear position. By studying the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges and analyzing the demand of animation market, the author finds that the following problems exist: firstly, the art foundation of students in higher vocational colleges is relatively weak. Learning enthusiasm is not high. In the face of such students to implement our teaching is very passive. The same kind of students can not do animation work after graduation. Since found a problem, As a front-line teacher how to solve is the purpose of this paper. Secondly, in order to solve the problem the author and colleagues through market research found that the current animation market scope, Students majoring in animation are not only limited to the work of making animation, but also have a lot of peripheral work related to animation. And there is also a great demand for personnel. Such as FLASH courseware making etc. Often this kind of enterprises have not very high requirements for animation production, students are easy to use, they only use the form of animation to achieve the purpose of publicizing products, promoting teaching, and reducing costs.
