美国科幻电影中的机器人形象研究

【摘要】：作为科幻电影中一个重要表现元素的机器人形象,在近百年的发展变化中,不再是只存在于电影中的科学幻想,而是一个已经出现的高科技产物。它从最初的科幻文学进入电影,历经九十余年,创造出许多令人印象深刻的机器人形象。无论是《终结者》系列中逐步领悟人类情感的T—800、《我,机器人》中帮助人类拯救世界的桑尼,还是《超能陆战队》中治愈人心、坚持正义的大白,它们在智能化进程中既有自己的独特思维方式,也具有许多人性的普泛特征。我们该如何看待机器人在科幻电影中的叙事功用和文化意义?人类的机器人科技和机器人伦理又是如何在科幻电影中再现和变异的?这是一个值得探讨的问题。本文致力于对机器人形象在美国科幻电影中的艺术价值、社会文化功能和形象内涵做综合研究。绪论部分首先论述了美国科幻电影中的机器人形象研究的意义,对目前国内外关于这一论题的研究做出文献梳理总结,随后对科幻电影中的机器人形象发展历史做出梳理,最后对研究创新之处做出了说明。第一章对美国科幻电影中的机器人形象进行分类。依据机器人自身的可控制力和自我意识,以及机器人的外部特征,大致把科幻电影中的机器人形象分为人工智能、机械人类和机甲战士三种亚类型。第二章以女性主义理论、性别理论、男性话语霸权等为理论工具,来界定美国科幻电影中的机器人性别,进一步论述机器人形象的性别特征,以及潜藏于创作者中的性别意识。第三章依据角色的社会属性和功能对电影叙事的作用,根据机器人形象在电影中以人为对象所承担的角色,进行功能性划分:即战斗型、情感型和服务型。同时,对产生这些功能的原因进行探究。第四章分析了当前美国科幻片创作中机器人形象建构出现的三个趋势:萌化、拟人化、主角化,并对引发这些变化的根源和影响做剖析。最后归纳总结出美国科幻电影中机器人形象所反映的文化内涵,即对未来的叙事想象和对科技的反思与批判,以及对作为“他者”的文化内涵的分析。
[Abstract]:As an important representation element in sci-fi movies, the image of robot is no longer a science fantasy, but a high-tech product that has appeared in the past hundred years.After more than 90 years, it has created many impressive images of robots.Whether it's Sonny, who helps save the world in T-800, "I, Robot," in the Terminator series, or whether it's the healing of the heart and the understanding of justice in the "Super Marine Corps."They not only have their own unique mode of thinking in the process of intelligence, but also have many universal characteristics of human nature.How do we view the narrative function and cultural significance of robots in sci-fi movies?How can human robotics and robot ethics be reproduced and mutated in sci-fi movies?This is a problem worth exploring.This paper is devoted to a comprehensive study of the artistic value, sociocultural function and image connotation of robot images in American sci-fi films.The introduction part first discusses the significance of robot image research in American sci-fi films, summarizes the literature about this topic at home and abroad, and then combs the history of robot image development in sci-fi films.At last, it explains the innovation of the research.The first chapter classifies the images of robots in American sci-fi films.According to the control and self-consciousness of the robot and the external characteristics of the robot, the images of the robot in the sci-fi film can be divided into three subtypes: artificial intelligence, mechanical human and robot warrior.The second chapter uses feminist theory, gender theory and male discourse hegemony as theoretical tools to define the sex of robots in American sci-fi films, and further discuss the gender characteristics of robot images and the gender consciousness hidden in the creators.In the third chapter, according to the social attributes and functions of the role of the role of the role of the film narrative, according to the role of robot image in the film for the object of the role, the functional division: combat type, emotional type and service type.At the same time, the causes of these functions are explored.The fourth chapter analyzes the three trends of robot image construction in American sci-fi film creation: adorable personification and protagonization and analyzes the origin and influence of these changes.Finally, the author summarizes the cultural connotation reflected by the robot image in American sci-fi films, that is, the narrative imagination of the future and the reflection and criticism of science and technology, as well as the analysis of the cultural connotation as "the other".
