【摘要】：正凌子风导演是我进入职场后第一位老师,是20世纪60年代北影厂第三创作集体的大帅。1962年,我从北京电影学院导演系毕业,分配到北影厂。人事部门让我去第三创作集体向凌子风导演报到。第三创作集体的楼梯墙上钉着《红旗谱》《飞越天险》的大幅剧照,会议室四周悬挂着凌子风、李苦禅的水墨画条幅,艺术氛围很浓。我喜欢这个未来的工作环境。值班人员说凌导演正在摄影棚拍《杨乃武与小白菜》。摄影棚内,人头攒动,大家各司其职抓紧做下个镜头的拍摄准备,执行导演马尔路大声地发号施
