关于抑制“天价片酬”问题的思考

【摘要】：反腐题材电视连续剧《人民的名义》的热播引发业内人士和观众的热议。在粉丝经济和明星效应为主导的影视圈,该片树立了不拼片酬不拼明星阵容亦能叫好又叫座的典范。影视演员"天价片酬"等问题扰乱着行业的正常秩序,广大观众和影视从业人员对此都颇为关注,这也是广电行业管理部门无法回避的课题。应从政治的、战略的、全局的高度加以研究,制定可行有效的解决方案。本文提出,在强化行业自律、演艺人员自律的同时,还应建立良性市场机制、加强社会监督管理,兼用政府管理这只"看得见的手"和市场经济这只"看不见的手",以维护行业秩序,促进行业健康发展。
[Abstract]:Anti-corruption theme TV series, the people's name, the popularity of the industry and the audience. In a film and television industry dominated by the fan economy and star effects, the film has set an example of not paying for a movie and winning a star cast. Film and television actors "sky-price film pay" and other issues disturb the normal order of the industry, the majority of viewers and film and television practitioners are quite concerned about this, which is also an unavoidable issue for the radio and television industry management. It should be studied from a political, strategic and overall level, and feasible and effective solutions should be worked out. This paper proposes that, while strengthening self-discipline in the industry and self-discipline of entertainers, it is also necessary to establish a sound market mechanism and strengthen social supervision and management. Both the "visible hand" and the "invisible hand" of market economy are managed by the government in order to maintain the trade order and promote the healthy development of the industry.
