CM影视公司经济效益分析

【摘要】:在物资文明已比较发达的今天,精神文明的建设却相对薄弱,为了建设与物资文明相匹配的精神文明,近年来国家开始大力开展文化产业,影视产业作为文化产业的重要组成部分,也得到了重视。国家在先后出台的《文化产业振兴规划》和《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》两个具有重要意义文件中,均提到要发展壮大影视制作业,同时也出台了很多配套措施,如加大政策扶持、鼓励非公有资本进入影视制作行业、设立扶持基金等。由于国家的大力支持,近几年我国的影视产业得到了极为可喜的发展,仅就2012年的电影数据来看,据广电总局电影局最新数据显示,该年我国各类电影共893部,同比增长60%;电影总票房170.73亿元,其中国产片票房为82.73亿元,占总票房的48.46%。中国电影总票房超越日本,成为了全球第二大票房市场,如此佳绩,极大地鼓舞了中国影视界的发展信心。 当然,任何一种发展都不可能是一帆风顺的,目前中国影视业也同样面临着严峻的挑战,虽然我国电影产业链已经发展的比较完善,但是与涵盖了电影从投资、生产、发行、放映以及衍生产品开发的各个相关环节的高度集成化的美国好莱坞电影产业的运作模式相比,中国的电影产业的发展还有很大的提升空间。除了电影,我国电视剧的发展同样有待完善。虽然,国有制作机构和民营制作机构每年出产的电视剧总量逐年平稳增长,但是优质资源却仍然缺乏,同质化现象非常严重,这无疑对中国影视制作公司的创新能力提出了更高要求,也需要我们从更多的研究角度去关注中国影视产业。目前关于影视产业的研究很多,但很少有从具体个案入手,对影视公司运营的全过程进行研究,基于这种现状,本人以CM影视公司为例,对影视公司如何制作优质影视资源,,如何成功进行商业运作及运作期间如何进行有效的管理等方面进行了积极的探讨。 对于影视公司如何在当下竞争激烈的市场环境下脱颖而出,本文认为,目标市场分析、可行的商业模式、合理的财务管理等几个方面都至关重要。只有确定目标市场、找准目标市场的兴奋点才可能制作出受市场欢迎的影片,而合理的商业模式是产品得以产出和盈利的保证,财务的健康与安全则是公司可持续发展的必要保证。通过本文的研究,希望既可以为CM影视公司进军影视产业提供指导,又可以为同类的影视公司提供参考。
[Abstract]:Today, material civilization has been relatively developed, but the construction of spiritual civilization is relatively weak. In order to build a spiritual civilization that matches material civilization, in recent years the country has begun to vigorously develop cultural industries. Film and television industry as an important part of the cultural industry, has also been attached importance to. In the two important documents, the National Plan for the Revitalization of Cultural Industry and the decision of the CPC Central Committee on several important issues concerning deepening the Reform of the Cultural system and promoting the Great Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture, All mentioned to develop and strengthen the film and television production industry, but also issued a lot of supporting measures, such as increasing policy support, encourage non-public capital to enter the film and television production industry, set up support fund and so on. As a result of the strong support of the state, the film and television industry in our country has been developing extremely well in recent years. According to the latest data from the Film Bureau of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, there were 893 films of all kinds in China in that year, according to the film data from the film bureau of the State Administration in 2012. The total box office of the film was 17.073 billion yuan, including 8.273 billion yuan for domestic films, accounting for 48.46 yuan of the total box office. China's total box office surpassed Japan and became the second largest box office market in the world, which greatly encouraged the development of the Chinese film and television industry. Of course, any kind of development cannot be smooth sailing. At present, China's film and television industry is also facing severe challenges. Although the Chinese film industry chain has developed fairly well, it has covered the film industry from investment, production and distribution. Compared with the highly integrated operation mode of Hollywood film industry in America, the development of film industry in China still has a lot of room for improvement. In addition to film, the development of Chinese TV series also needs to be improved. Although the total number of TV dramas produced annually by state-owned and private production organizations has steadily increased year by year, high-quality resources are still lacking, and the phenomenon of homogeneity is very serious. This undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for the innovation ability of Chinese film and television production companies, and also requires us to pay more attention to China's film and television industry from more research angles. There are a lot of studies on the film and television industry at present, but there are few studies on the whole process of the operation of the film and television companies from the concrete cases. Based on this situation, I take CM Film and Television Company as an example, how the film and television companies produce high-quality film and television resources. How to carry on the business operation successfully and how to carry on the effective management during the operation and so on has carried on the positive discussion. For the film and television companies how to stand out in the current competitive market environment, this paper believes that the target market analysis, feasible business model, reasonable financial management and other aspects are essential. It is only by identifying the target market and identifying the excitement of the target market that it is possible to produce films that are popular in the market, and a reasonable business model is the guarantee of product output and profitability. Financial health and safety is a necessary guarantee for the sustainable development of the company. Through the research of this paper, I hope that it can not only provide guidance for CM Film & TV Company to enter the film and television industry, but also provide reference for the similar film and television companies.
