积极心理学在动画创作中的应用与研究

【摘要】：积极心理学是心理学的一名年轻成员,是一门研究如何正确把握人生的科学,是关于幸福的学科。它教我们如何发现生活中的美,生活中的幸福,避免走入消极情绪之地。积极心理学主要从积极的情感体验,积极的个人特质,积极的社会组织系统三方面着手,教我们在琐碎的事情中寻找快乐。积极心理学的研究对动画创作有重要的启示作用,其中积极的心理体验、积极的品德、积极的思考、积极的创造性的发展,对于动画的角色造型、情感体验、色调把握、场景设定、声效选择、情节设置都有极大的帮助。本文将分别从动画创作的元素构成、积极心理学影响下的动画创作的情感体验、积极心理学影响下的创作实践等三个方面进行分析。主要通过观察法、文献法、比较法、案例分析法等方法,以积极心理学中的积极情绪体验、积极思维和创造性发展等问题为突破口,着重研究积极心理学对动画创作的影响。研究目的是希望观众透过动画作品中获取并体验到乐观的积极情感,意识到准许为人、培养积极情绪、良好个人特质、和谐人际关系的重要性,从而更好的认识自己,享受生活。更多的动画创作能利用积极心理学的理论指导创作,将积极心理学的理念融入到动画创作中,使观众受益。因此,将积极心理学的融入到动画创作中,使观众能认识自己并理解自己,并在动画影片中提高自身的审美情趣和认知能力,感受美,发现美,创造美,从而健康的生活。积极心理学所探讨的对人性的理解与尊重、如何幸福等与动画创作的目的与意义不谋而合,而将积极心理学融入动画创作中,必然有益于大众。
[Abstract]:Positive psychology is a young member of psychology. It is a science of how to grasp life correctly and a subject of happiness. It teaches us how to discover the beauty of life, the happiness of life, and avoid going into negative emotions. Positive psychology mainly from three aspects of positive emotional experience, positive personal characteristics, positive social organization system, teach us to find happiness in trivial things. The research of positive psychology has important enlightenments to animation creation, including positive psychological experience, positive moral character, positive thinking, positive creative development, and grasping the character modeling, emotional experience and tone of animation, Scene settings, sound effects, and plot settings are all of great help. This paper analyzes the elements of animation creation, the emotional experience of animation creation under the influence of positive psychology, and the creative practice under the influence of positive psychology. Through the methods of observation, literature, comparison, case analysis and so on, this paper focuses on the impact of positive psychology on animation creation through the breakthrough of positive emotional experience, positive thinking and creative development in positive psychology. The purpose of the research is to get and experience the positive emotions of optimism, to realize the importance of being allowed, to cultivate positive emotions, to develop good personal characteristics, and to have a harmonious interpersonal relationship in order to better understand oneself. Enjoy life. More animation creation can use the theory of positive psychology to guide the creation and integrate the idea of positive psychology into animation creation to benefit the audience. Therefore, by integrating positive psychology into animation creation, the audience can know themselves and understand themselves, and improve their aesthetic taste and cognitive ability, feel beauty, discover beauty, create beauty, and thus live a healthy life. The understanding and respect of human nature discussed by positive psychology and how to be happy coincide with the purpose and significance of animation creation, and it will be beneficial to the public to integrate positive psychology into animation creation.
