日本电影“制作委员会”投资运作方式探析

【摘要】："制作委员会"是日本电影产业中独特的主要投资运作方式。本文在概述日本电影产业构造的基础上,分析了"制作委员会"的基本投资运作方式。进一步探讨了该运作方式的优势与弊端,指出日本电影"制作委员会"投资运作方式具有风险分散和利益共享机制、电影宣传中媒体资源的有效整合、促使作品相关权益的商业最大化等优势,以及作品的同质化、利益的分散、制作公司的疲软、权利处理的复杂化、投资向国内市场倾倒等弊端。最后提出了电影投资方式的多样化开发以及业界、政府、金融机构等多方协作完善电影资金筹措环境的重要性。
[Abstract]:The production Committee is a unique major investment operation in the Japanese film industry. On the basis of summarizing the structure of Japanese film industry, this paper analyzes the basic investment mode of the production Committee. This paper further discusses the advantages and disadvantages of this mode of operation, and points out that the investment and operation mode of Japanese Film "production Committee" has the mechanism of risk dispersion and benefit sharing, and the effective integration of media resources in film propaganda. To promote the commercial maximization of the related rights and interests of works, as well as the homogeneity of works, the dispersion of interests, the weakness of production companies, the complexity of rights processing, the dumping of investment into the domestic market, and so on. Finally, the paper points out the importance of the diversified development of the film investment mode and the cooperation of the industry, the government, the financial institutions and so on to improve the financing environment of the film.
