[Abstract]:Critics say the series is the highest-quality Hong Kong gangster blockbuster in recent years. The most striking thing about the film is that it shows us very carefully and fully how easy it is to abuse power and the various internal and external restraints and checks and balances established by the Hong Kong community to prevent such abuse.
