[Abstract]:Isla Edelman's documentary Simpson: made in the United States, launched in June 2016, won the 89th Academy Award for Best documentary feature in February 2017. Previously, the film won the 88th National Review Association Award for Best documentary, the 41st American Film Society Award for Special recognition, and the 69th American Directors' Union Award for Best documentary Director. 82nd New York Film critics Association Award for Best documentary, 32nd American Independent Spirit Award
