波兰电影生产扶持机制研究

【摘要】：波兰是东欧巨变的第一个国家,1989年后政治体制发生了改变,电影也由国家行为变为市场行为,在经历了转型、阵痛、变革等一系列过程后,波兰电影渐渐找到了自己的发展道路。近几年来,波兰电影在世界各大电影节上屡获佳绩,引起了广泛关注,也成为东欧各国中本土电影票房较为稳定,并呈上升趋势的国家,这得益于波兰的电影生产扶持机制。本文从波兰电影的生产现状、波兰对本国电影生产的扶持措施及波兰作为国际电影拍摄基地等方面,阐述波兰电影的发展及扶持机制。
[Abstract]:Poland was the first country in Eastern Europe to undergo great changes. After 1989, the political system changed, and the film also changed from state behavior to market behavior. After a series of processes, such as transformation, labor pain, change, etc. Polish films have gradually found their way to development. In recent years, Polish films have made great achievements in major film festivals in the world, which has attracted wide attention, and has also become a stable and rising country in Eastern Europe, thanks to the supporting mechanism of film production in Poland. This paper expounds the development and supporting mechanism of Polish film from the aspects of the present situation of Polish film production, the supporting measures of Polish film production and Poland as an international film shooting base.
