西方“中国题材”纪录片的跨文化研究

【摘要】:有关“中国题材”的纪录片在国际上一直是一个比较热门的话题,“中国题材”也逐渐成为了世界各国拍摄纪录片的“宠儿”。但同时,对于西方“中国题材”纪录片的研究却比较少。 对此,本研究选择以西方“中国题材”为论文研究对象,主要分析“中国题材”的纪录片在跨文化方面表现出的特点,通过与国内的对比,探讨产生这种差异的文化原因,形成中西“中国题材”纪录片文化差异的系统性结论。论文研究中坚持以文献分析法、理论分析法、系统分析法作为研究方法。试图通过实际的西方“中国题材”纪录片的作品进行分析,,与中国纪录片相比较,从而分析中国纪录片在国际上长久以来“叫好不叫座”的主要原因。研究西方“中国题材”纪录片的跨文化差异,从中国文化起源、发展以及传播过程中表现出的差异性入手,分析这些差异对于中国民族文化的影响以及在中外“中国题材”纪录片中的具体表现。 研究中西方纪录片的差异发现:西方“中国题材”纪录片与中国本土同类题材纪录片的主要区别在于国际上的纪录片题材选择更为多视角;叙事时间错位严重,具有分散性特点;注重个人主义的人生观;纪录片时空观念中更侧重空间观念;纪录片拍摄中力求真实而非“善”;纪录片基于受众角度拍摄。导致西方“中国题材”纪录片与中国纪录片相比具有以上特点,主要是因为中西方文化差异导致的。其根源在于文化起源的差异,中国农耕文化导致中国人思想具有一元性特征,注重时间观念而忽视空间观念,追求合作的关系而忽视个人价值,注重追求至善至美的道德标准而忽视客观真实性。西方则因为以商业为主的多种经济方式共同发展,导致西方人更注重个人独立自主,注重关注当下,关注个人,关注真实。
[Abstract]:The documentary about China has always been a hot topic in the world, and China theme has gradually become the favorite of documentaries all over the world. But at the same time, there is less research on the western documentary about China. In view of this, this study chooses the western "China theme" as the research object, mainly analyzes the cross-cultural characteristics of the "China theme" documentary, through the comparison with the domestic, discusses the cultural reasons for this difference. Forming a systematic conclusion of the cultural differences between Chinese and Western documentary films. Literature analysis, theory analysis and system analysis are used as research methods in this paper. This paper attempts to analyze the works of the western documentary "China theme" and compare it with the Chinese documentary film, so as to analyze the main reasons why the Chinese documentary film has long been "not popular" in the world. To study the cross-cultural differences of the western documentary "China theme", starting from the origin, development and spread of the Chinese culture in the process of showing differences, This paper analyzes the influence of these differences on Chinese national culture and its concrete performance in Chinese and foreign documentaries. After studying the differences between Chinese and Western documentaries, it is found that the main difference between the western "China" documentaries and the native Chinese documentaries is that the international documentaries have more choice of themes, and the narrative time is misplaced seriously. It has the characteristics of dispersal; the view of life that pays attention to individualism; the concept of space and time in the documentary; the truth rather than the "good" in documentary shooting; the documentary shooting based on audience. Compared with Chinese documentaries, the western documentary of China has the above characteristics, mainly because of the cultural differences between China and the West. Its root lies in the cultural origin difference, the Chinese agriculture culture causes the Chinese thought to have the unitary characteristic, pays attention to the time idea but neglects the space idea, pursues the cooperation relations but neglects the individual value. Focus on the pursuit of the most beautiful moral standards and ignore the objective authenticity. Because of the common development of commercial economy, the West pays more attention to individual independence, to the present, to the individual and to the truth.
