试论电影投资的风险评估指标与评测方法

【摘要】：2016年,我国电影票房未达乐观预期,增速明显放缓,资本市场乱象频出。2017年,我国实施首部电影类法令——电影产业促进法,鼓励金融机构参与电影项目的市场化运作,以助推影视金融行业的良性发展。在电影产业经历市场调整、政策调控的关键时期,电影项目高投入、高风险的投资行为更需理性决断,风险管控显得尤为重要,市场迫切需要科学、严谨又兼顾艺术创作规律的评估体系,对电影项目进行有效的商业评估与创意管理。本文从建立电影风控体系的指标选择和评估方法两个维度进行分析研究。

In 2017, China implemented the first film law, the Film Industry Promotion Law, to encourage financial institutions to participate in the market-oriented operation of film projects. In order to promote the sound development of film and television finance industry. In the key period of market adjustment and policy control in the film industry, the high investment of film project and the high risk investment behavior need rational decision, the risk control is especially important, and the market urgently needs science. Rigorous and balanced art creation evaluation system, effective commercial evaluation and creative management of film projects. This paper analyzes and studies the index selection and evaluation method of establishing the film wind control system.
