美国犯罪题材纪录片的剧情化叙事研究

【摘要】:纪录片在影视产业化的进程中远远没有赶上电影的步伐,纵观国际影视市场,电影票房如日中天,纪录片市场却很惨淡。同样是影像,传播效果却有着很大的差异。观众对故事的消费热情是惊人的,借鉴戏剧、电影、电视剧等剧情片的叙事手法丰富自身的叙事方式,对纪录片的大众化发展显得尤为必要。以《纽约灾星》、《制造杀人犯》、《辛普森:美国制造》为代表的美国犯罪题材纪录片以其题材优势,通过富有戏剧性和故事张力的叙事手法在众多纪实影像中获得受众青睐。这种新的叙事手法使纪录片在整体形式上呈现出“剧情片”特质,这种剧情化的叙事方式掀起了新时期犯罪题材纪录片的收视热潮,丰富了纪录片的表现力,提升了纪录片的观赏性和的审美品位。本文运用叙事学理论对这一类美国犯罪题材纪录片的剧情化叙事进行研究,主要分为四个部分:第一部分是对美国犯罪题材纪录片的生成语境进行系统化的梳理。从犯罪文学的起源出发探寻犯罪题材纪录片的生长痕迹,对其生成背景进行概括。第二部分是对这类美国犯罪题材纪录片剧情化叙事的表现进行总结。在界定剧情化叙事的内涵的基础上,将美国犯罪题材纪录片剧情化叙事特点分别和纪录片传统叙事、电视剧叙事进行比较,挖掘出对其剧情化叙事的特点。第三部分是对美国犯罪题材纪录片剧情化叙事的技巧进行总结,结合叙事学理论对大量的纪实影像文本进行深入地解读,进而得出叙事学理论范畴内美国犯罪题材纪录片的剧情化叙事技巧。最后一部分是对美国犯罪题材纪录片的剧情化叙事进行反思,以辩证思维看问题,有助于推动纪录片创作的理性发展,为构建积极健康的纪录片创作提供一种新的思路。
[Abstract]:Documentaries in the process of film and television industrialization are far from catching up with the pace of film. Throughout the international film and television market, the box office of films is as high as the sun, but the documentary market is very bleak. It is also the image, but there is a great difference in the effect of transmission. The audience's enthusiasm for consumption of the story is astonishing. It is necessary to enrich the narrative methods of drama, film, TV drama and other drama films, which is especially necessary for the popularization development of documentaries. American crime documentaries represented by "New York disaster Star," making murderers, "and" Simpson: made in America "have their thematic advantages. Through the dramatic and story tension narrative techniques in a number of documentary images to gain the audience's favor. This new narrative technique makes the documentary show the characteristics of "plot film" in the whole form. This kind of narrative style raises the popularity of the crime documentary in the new period, and enriches the expression of the documentary. Improve the documentary viewing and aesthetic taste. In this paper, the narrative theory is used to study the drama narrative of this kind of American crime documentary, which is divided into four parts: the first part is to systematize the generating context of the American crime documentary. Starting from the origin of crime literature, this paper explores the growth trace of crime documentary, and generalizes the background of its formation. The second part is to summarize the narrative performance of this kind of American crime documentary film. On the basis of defining the connotation of drama narrative, this paper compares the characteristics of American crime documentary film drama narration with documentary tradition narrative and TV drama narrative, and excavates the characteristics of its drama narration. The third part is to summarize the narrative techniques of American crime documentaries, combined with narratology theory, to deeply interpret a large number of documentary video texts. And then draw the narrative theory of American crime documentary drama narrative techniques. The last part is to reflect on the narrative of American crime documentary film, and to look at the problem with dialectical thinking, which is helpful to promote the rational development of documentary film creation and provide a new way of thinking for the construction of positive and healthy documentary film creation.
