基于ASP.NET的网络招聘系统设计及实现

【摘要】:招聘工作是企业经营和管理重要组成部分。以前企业大多是通过传统的报纸,平面广告,招聘会等招聘方式来招聘人才,不仅存在着效率低下、成本过高、流程繁琐等问题,而且也和企业的快速发展越来越不相适应。随着互联网技术的迅速发展,网络招聘在很多行业已经逐步替代了传统的招聘方式。网络招聘可以帮助企业实现高效率、低成本、方便易用的人才招聘管理,也可以帮助个人省时、省力、省钱的找工作。虽然网络招聘还存在着一些问题,但随着互联网技术的不断成熟和企业管理的日益进步,网络招聘一定会成为今后招聘求职的最主要方式。 本文在充分分析用户需求的基础上,对网络上主流的综合性招聘网站进行了分析和调研,结合现代软件工程思想设计和实现了这套基于ASP. NET技术的网络招聘系统。主要包括简历发布、职位搜索、简历投递,职位管理、简历搜索等功能。并在此基础上深入分析了ASP. NET的原理和技术特点,并将其技术应用到系统中。基于AJAX实现了信息的无刷新发布,改善了网站的用户体验。运用SQL Server2005的全文检索技术,解决了大数据量的简历在检索过程中的效率问题。系统设计过程中,充分考虑了数据的保密性和安全性,确保了用户信息和系统运行的安全可靠。 本系统解决了传统招聘方式低效率、高成本、难以操作等问题,实现企业人才管理的信息化和网络化,提高了企业招聘管理工作的效率,使企业信息管理科学和规范。帮助求职者轻松便捷的求职找工作,实现个人的职业规划和人生价值。
[Abstract]:Recruitment is an important part of enterprise management and management. In the past, most enterprises used to recruit talents through traditional newspapers, print advertisements, job fairs and other recruitment methods, which not only have the problems of low efficiency, high cost and cumbersome process, but also are more and more incompatible with the rapid development of enterprises. With the rapid development of Internet technology, online recruitment in many industries has gradually replaced the traditional recruitment methods. Online recruitment can help enterprises to achieve high efficiency, low cost, easy to use talent recruitment management, but also help individuals save time, labor, money to find a job. Although there are still some problems in online recruitment, with the continuous maturity of Internet technology and the development of enterprise management, network recruitment will be the most important way to recruit and apply for jobs in the future. Based on the analysis of users' needs, this paper analyzes and investigates the mainstream comprehensive recruitment websites on the network, and designs and implements this set based on ASP. combined with the modern software engineering idea. Network recruitment system based on NET technology. Including resume publishing, job search, resume delivery, job management, resume search and other functions. On the basis of this, the ASP. is analyzed in depth. The principle and technical characteristics of NET are applied to the system. Based on AJAX, the information is released without refresh, and the user experience of the website is improved. In this paper, the full-text retrieval technology of SQL Server2005 is used to solve the problem of efficiency in the retrieval process of resume with large amount of data. In the process of system design, the confidentiality and security of data are fully considered to ensure the safety and reliability of user information and system operation. This system solves the problems of low efficiency, high cost and difficult to operate in traditional recruitment mode, realizes the informationization and networking of enterprise talent management, improves the efficiency of enterprise recruitment management, and makes enterprise information management scientific and standardized. Help job seekers find jobs easily and easily, and realize personal career planning and life value.
