寒亭区广播影视集团广告管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着计算机和网络技术的发展,计算机的应用日益广泛,已成为存储、查询、信息传递、分析的重要工具,人们对计算机应用程序的需求也越来越专业化、系统化。在广告市场竞争日趋激烈的形势下,影视集团广告部如何更好的利用计算机网络平台,保证广告经营数据统计分析的精确性、广告播出的正确性,为经营决策提供数据依据,已成为经营管理中非常重要一部分,影视集团广告经营的计算机化管理日趋重要。为此本文研究了一套适合本广播影视集团的广告管理系统,将对提高广告的管理水平具有十分重要的意义。 本系统通过B/S模式实现,运用了J2EE中的Struts开发技术,系统的所用的开发工具是MyEclipse5.5,数据库采用SQLserver2000。 本论文研究了寒亭区广播影视集团影视广告管理系统的开发流程,通过详细的调研,理清广告管理的工作特点,通过对客户管理,合同管理,播出单管理,媒体经办人管理和基础信息管理的分析,阐明了广告管理系统需要,并对系统的实现提出有效解决方案。本人在系统的研究中分析了广告管理系统的开发背景,简要阐述了系统开发趋势;并根据系统存在的一些问题对系统功能进行了可行性的研究。主要对系统功能性需求进行了设计、参与了系统功能的划分研究,另外对系统中的核心业务流程进行了分析。实现了客户合同方面流程:影视集团领导传达管理具体任务→客户资料收集整理→客户资料登记→合作方面事宜的商定→合同确认→合同的登记添加维护操作→办公室修改→领导审定;实现了播出单管理方面流程:播出单基本录入→领导审核通过→分析图表→广告播放管理。 实现了客户管理,合同管理,播出单管理,媒体经办人管理和基础信息管理等功能。通过广告管理系统中关键业务应用的开发,有步骤、有计划地全面推进广告管理;实现影视集团各个部门协调工作,统一管理;提高管理系统之间的共享和贯通,实现信息和服务双赢。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer and network technology, the application of computer is becoming more and more extensive. Under the situation of increasingly fierce competition in the advertising market, how to make better use of the computer network platform to ensure the accuracy of statistical analysis of advertising management data, the correctness of advertising broadcast, and to provide data basis for business decisions, It has become a very important part of management, and the computerized management of advertising management of film and television group is becoming more and more important. Therefore, this paper studies a set of advertising management system suitable for the radio, television and film group, which will be of great significance to improve the level of advertising management. The system is realized by B / S mode, and the Struts development technology in J2EE is used. The development tool of the system is MyEclipse5.5, database and SQLserver2000.. This paper studies the development process of film and television advertising management system of Hanting radio, television and film group. Through detailed investigation, it clarifies the characteristics of advertising management, through customer management, contract management, broadcast list management. Based on the analysis of media manager management and basic information management, this paper expounds the need of advertising management system, and puts forward an effective solution to the realization of the system. In the research of the system, I analyzed the background of the development of the advertising management system, briefly described the development trend of the system, and studied the feasibility of the system function according to some problems of the system. It mainly designs the functional requirements of the system, participates in the research of the partition of the system functions, and analyzes the core business processes in the system. Realized the customer contract flow: the film and television group leader communicates the management specific task to collect the customer data to organize the customer data registration cooperation aspect the agreed contract confirmation contract registration adds the maintenance operation. Office revision and leadership approval; The flow of broadcast list management is realized: the management of advertisement broadcast is carried out through the examination and approval of the leader of the basic input of the broadcast list through the analysis of charts and charts. The functions of customer management, contract management, broadcast list management, media manager management and basic information management are realized.
