中亚外商汉语学习需求调查报告

【摘要】:在中国经济三十多年强劲发展的背景下,我国政府不失时机地开展了汉语国际推广工作。随着世界学习汉语的人数不断增加,汉语学习的个性化需求也日益凸显。新疆占据独特的地缘优势,与中亚及相邻国家的经贸合作日益密切,中亚外商对用于合作沟通的工具和桥梁之一——商务汉语的需求也日益突出。但这一需求仅凭感性认识是不够严谨的,作者试图运用问卷调查法、访谈法对与新疆有经贸往来的中亚外商的汉语学习需求进行调查,旨在厘清中亚外商商务汉语学习需求的程度和特点,探讨符合这一群体的汉语推广培训模式。 本文共分为七部分:第一部分为引言,概述本次研究背景,明确本次调查的目的和意义;第二部分为相关理论及文献综述,明确本次调查所涉及的相关理论和方法,回顾国内学者对于相关问题的研究;第三部分介绍本次调查的调查对象、地点、方式及调查设计;第四部分是从目标情景、学习需求、学习费用、培训信息传播渠道方面对调查结果进行了分析和探讨,同时也对对问卷中的开放式问题及访谈结果做了分析;第五部分是调查结论与反思;第六部分是针对调查结果提出的建议;第七部分是结语,,总述笔者在写作本论文时的收获和启发,并指出了存在的不足。 本调查结果表明:中亚外商汉语学习需求不仅仅是客观存在的,而且是非常强劲的。学习汉语能带来经济利益是他们学习最大的动力。中亚外商学习汉语主要以日常交际用语和商务汉语为主,根据学习层次的提高可以学习中国经济、文化等内容。中亚外商注重提高汉语的听说能力,有汉语基础者则同时希望提高读写能力。中亚外商要求更加灵活的汉语培训方式。学习期限在一年或一年以上,半年或三个月的短期教学也有需求。在教学规模上,除了一对一教学受欢迎外,多数比较愿意参加2-5人的教学班学习。在分班安排上最希望能与不同国家的相同水平的学习者一起学习。中亚外商认为汉语培训费用2000美元/年的价位是可以接受的,一对一教学的价位区间在每学时100-150元较为适宜。大部分中亚外商通过亲朋好友推荐选择培训机构。 笔者通过对调查结果的深刻反思,就如何面对中亚外商的汉语学习需求给政府及教育管理部门、高校及社会办学机构和汉语教师分别提出了自己的建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the strong development of Chinese economy for more than 30 years, our government has taken the opportunity to carry out the international promotion of Chinese language. With the increasing number of people learning Chinese in the world. Xinjiang occupies a unique geographical advantage and economic and trade cooperation with Central Asia and neighboring countries is increasingly close. The demand for business Chinese, one of the tools and bridges for cooperative communication, is also increasingly prominent. However, the demand is not strict enough on the basis of perceptual understanding, and the author tries to use the questionnaire method. This paper investigates the Chinese learning needs of foreign businessmen in Central Asia who have economic and trade contacts with Xinjiang in order to clarify the degree and characteristics of business Chinese learning needs of foreign businessmen in Central Asia. This paper discusses the Chinese extension training model in line with this group. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction, summarizes the background of this study, and clarifies the purpose and significance of this investigation; The second part is related theory and literature review, clear the relevant theories and methods involved in this investigation, review the domestic scholars' research on related issues; The third part introduces the investigation object, the place, the way and the investigation design; The 4th part is from the goal situation, the study demand, the study expense, the training information dissemination channel aspect has carried on the analysis and the discussion to the investigation result, also has made the analysis to the questionnaire open question and the interview result; Part 5th is the conclusion and reflection of the investigation; Part 6th is based on the findings of the recommendations; Part 7th is the conclusion, which summarizes the author's achievements and enlightenments in writing this paper, and points out the shortcomings. The results show that the foreign language learning needs in Central Asia are not only objective. And it is very strong. Learning Chinese brings economic benefits to them. Foreign businessmen in Central Asia mainly learn Chinese in daily communication and business Chinese. According to the improvement of learning level, we can learn Chinese economy, culture and so on. Foreign businessmen in Central Asia pay attention to improving the Chinese listening and speaking ability. Those who have basic Chinese also hope to improve their reading and writing ability. Foreign businessmen in Central Asia require more flexible Chinese training methods. The term of study is one year or more. Short-term teaching for half a year or three months also has a demand. In terms of teaching scale, apart from one-on-one teaching is popular. Most prefer to study in classes with 2-5 students. In class arrangement, they are most willing to study with learners of the same level in different countries. Foreign businessmen in Central Asia consider the cost of Chinese training to be US $2,000 per year. Bit is acceptable. The price range of one-on-one teaching is 100-150 yuan per school hour. Through a deep reflection on the results of the investigation, the author puts forward his own suggestions on how to face the Chinese learning needs of foreign businessmen in Central Asia to the government, educational management departments, colleges and universities, social educational institutions and Chinese teachers.
