行政公文的话题研究

【摘要】：行政公文作为公文中最具代表性的核心部分，很早就成了众多学者研究的热点内容之一。长期以来，人们研究行政公文主要是运用写作学、文章学的理论和方法对各文种的语言、语体、写作等进行研究，普遍存在“写作格式+例文”的现象。本文借助话题研究的成果，对行政公文的话题进行分析研究，不仅弥补了行政公文话题研究的空白，还拓宽了语言学中话题应用性研究的领域。本文以行政公文为语料，从话题的角度入手，探讨行政公文中话题的构成、特点以及话题的衔接问题。全文加上绪论和结语部分，一共包括五章。第一章“绪论”，首先回顾了话题研究、行政公文研究两方面的成果及基本现状，并做简要地评述；随后指出了本文研究的目的、方法、意义并对本文语料的来源进行说明。第二章“话题及其相关概念”，先是介绍了前贤对话题的界定，，然后在此基础上说明话题与其相近概念——主语之间的关系，借此引出本文对话题的界定以及行政公文中话题的分类。文章认为：话题是语篇/语用概念，行政公文中的话题可以分为话语话题和结构话题两大类。第三章“行政公文的结构话题分析”，这一章在上一章的论述基础上，探讨行政公文中结构话题的各种类型，并总结行政公文中结构话题的句法特征和语义特征。文章发现：行政公文中充当话题的成分，不单是词和短语，还有小句；并且这些在句中充当话题的成分其结构都极其复杂，往往都是嵌套形式。第四章“行政公文的话语话题分析”，本章讨论了行政公文中话题链的定义、模式以及行政公文中话题的衔接问题。研究表明，话题是行政公文语篇衔接的重要手段。其衔接表现为两个主要特点，即：前言、正文话题共同兑现标题话题；正文小标题话题的直接兑现。第五章“结语”，总结了本文的主要观点，并指出了研究中存在的不足之处。
[Abstract]:As the most representative core part of the official document, administrative document has long been one of the hot topics of many scholars. The theories and methods of this paper are used to study the language, style and writing of various languages, and there is a general phenomenon of "writing format examples". This paper makes an analysis of the topic of administrative official documents with the help of the results of topic research. It not only makes up for the blank of the topic of administrative document, but also widens the field of topic application in linguistics. This paper, taking administrative document as the corpus, discusses the topic composition of administrative document from the perspective of topic. Features and the topic of cohesion. The full text plus the introduction and conclusion, a total of five chapters. The first chapter "introduction", first reviews the topic research, the administrative document research two aspects achievement and the basic present situation, and makes the brief comment, then points out the purpose, the method, the significance of this article, and explains the source of the corpus. The second chapter, "topic and its related concepts", first introduces the definition of the topic by the former sages, and then explains the relationship between the topic and its similar concept, the subject, on this basis. In this paper, the definition of the topic and the classification of the topic in the administrative document are introduced. The article holds that the topic is the concept of discourse / pragmatics, and the topic in the administrative document can be divided into two categories: the discourse topic and the structural topic. The third chapter, "structure topic analysis of administrative document", discusses various types of structural topics in administrative document on the basis of the discussion in the previous chapter. This paper also summarizes the syntactic and semantic features of structural topics in administrative documents. It is found that the administrative documents are not only words and phrases, but also clauses, and the structure of these elements, which act as topics in sentences, is extremely complex. It is often nested. Chapter 4th, "discourse topic Analysis of Administrative documents", discusses the definition, mode and cohesion of topic chain in administrative documents. Topic is an important means of cohesion in administrative documents, and its cohesion is characterized by two main features: the preface, the topic of the text, and the topic of the topic of the subtitle of the text. Chapter 5th, "conclusion", summarizes the main points of this paper, and points out the shortcomings of the research.
