政治术语翻译的原则与应用研究

【摘要】：政治术语是政治思想传播的有效语言。政治术语翻译得当，可以促进各国间的互信合作，加快彼此的了解与交流。因此，本文从术语学角度出发，同时将ISO术语原则与方法国际标准作为实践依据分析2011年政府工作报告中的相关术语。首先，该研究从2011年政府工作报告中收集了104个政治术语作为研究对象，其中制度类术语25个，改革类术语33个，战略类术语9个以及其他典型性政治术语37个。其次，该研究分别对制度、改革和战略概念域的概念系统加以分析，以便于译者更好的理解概念之间的关系，，从而使翻译更加的科学规范。然后引入ISO术语原则与方法国际标准，依据透明性原则、系统性原则、准确性原则、语言经济性原则、能产性原则、语言正确性原则和本族语优先原则对本研究所收集的术语翻译进行评价，并对翻译不当的术语提出修改建议。本研究未采用语言学的方法而换之以术语学的研究方法对政治术语翻译进行研究，有助于完善术语翻译评价体系，提高术语翻译质量，对解构政治术语、再现以及传播政治术语有所贡献。
[Abstract]:Political terminology is an effective language for the dissemination of political ideas. Proper translation of political terms can promote mutual trust and cooperation among countries and accelerate mutual understanding and exchange. At the same time, the international standard of ISO terminology principles and methods is taken as the practical basis to analyze the relevant terms in the 2011 government work report. First, 104 political terms were collected from the 2011 government work report as the research object. Among them, 25 are institutional terms, 33 are reform terms, 9 are strategic terms, and 37 are other typical political terms. Secondly, this study analyzes the conceptual systems of system, reform and strategic concept domain, respectively. In order to facilitate the translator to better understand the relationship between concepts, so as to make translation more scientific and normative. Then the introduction of ISO terminology principles and methods of international standards, according to the transparency principle, systematic principle, accuracy principle, language economy principle. The productive principle, the principle of linguistic correctness and the principle of native language priority were used to evaluate the translation of terms collected in this study. The present study does not use linguistic methods to study the translation of political terms, which is helpful to perfect the evaluation system of term translation and improve the quality of term translation. To deconstruct political terms, reproduction and dissemination of political terms have contributed.
