对韩国公立中学汉语教师的培养与选拔制度的分析研究

【摘要】：众所周知，教育的质量取决于师资的力量。在教育过程中，教师是最重要的因素，教师能力的大小直接决定着教育的结果如何。因此，，为了取得优异的教育成果,高水平的教师力量是必需的。 “韩国公立中学教师新规任用候选人选定竞争考试（以下将简称为韩国教师任用考试）”在选拔教师工作中有着举足轻重的地位。通过多次的政策制度完善，现在的“教师任用考试”已经可以为选拔出优秀的教师做出最正确的评价。考虑到师资对教学质量的重要性，本文着重对汉语教师录取制度进行考察，分析教师选拔方式是否妥当,且试题能否综合评价教师素质与知识。本文的目的是为今后韩国与中国在制定选拨和培养汉语教师的制度方面，提出合理的建议与材料。文章主要分析目前韩国已经成熟的“韩国汉语教师任用考试”的试题，并对现任汉语教师进行调查，并提出改进点。本文共分为六章,第一章为研究目的和现状综述,对研究范围和方法进行综述。第二章是对目前韩国的汉语教师的素质与培养制度以及汉语教师培养机构的介绍。第三章为韩国汉语教师任用制度的概况,重点总结考试制度的发展历程,各个阶段的特征和选拔现况。第四章是对韩国汉语教师任用考试的内容与类型的分析。第五章是关于2009年改进后的汉语教师任用考试调查内容分析。第六章是研究的结论，最后通过本文的研究，希望能够对中韩两国优秀汉语教师的培养和选拔提供帮助。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the quality of education depends on the strength of teachers. In the process of education, teachers are the most important factors, and the size of teachers directly determines the outcome of education. Therefore, in order to achieve excellent educational results, a high level of teachers' strength is necessary.
"The South Korean public high school teachers and the new candidate selected (hereinafter referred to as the competitive examination for the Korean teacher appointment examination)" plays an important role in the selection of teachers' work. Through a number of policy system, now the "teacher appointment examination" can make the most correct evaluation for the selection of excellent teachers. Considering the teachers the importance of the quality of teaching, this paper focuses on the study of Chinese teachers enrollment system, teacher selection analysis approach is appropriate, and questions whether the quality of teachers and knowledge of comprehensive evaluation. The purpose of this paper is for the future of South Korea and China formulated in terms of system selection and training of Chinese teachers, put forward suggestions and reasonable. This paper focuses on the analysis of materials at present, South Korea has mature "examination" and the South Korean Chinese teacher's questions, and make a survey of the current Chinese teachers, and put forward the improvement.
This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the purpose and status of research, summarizes the research scope and methods. The second chapter is on the Korean Chinese teacher quality and training institutions and training system of Chinese teachers. The third chapter is the situation of the appointment system of Korean Chinese teachers, the development focus on summing up the examination system the status, characteristics and selection of various stages. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the contents and types of Korean Chinese Teachers Appointment examination. The fifth chapter is the analysis about the exam appointment 2009 improved Chinese teachers survey content. The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the study, finally, through this study, hope to provide help for cultivating excellent teachers of Chinese in China and South Korea the two countries and selection.
