论师生关系在泰国中学汉语教育中的特点和作用

【摘要】：师生关系是任何教育活动开展过程中的基础关系。由于对外汉语教育的特殊性,其中师生关系具有不同于国内普通教育的特点,并且这种国际型师生关系直接影响汉语教学的效果。汉语国际教育的专业性发展以及时代走向都需要我们对对外汉语教育中师生关系的特点和作用进行更深入的探讨。泰国与中国交往已久,大批华人的存在为泰国的汉语事业提供了基础。汉语教学在泰国中学教育中的开展引起了我们对其中师生关系的关注。本文在总结泰国中学华文教育史的基础上,通过多种调查手段得出资料和数据,概括出师生关系在泰国中学汉语教育中的特点及作用,并试图提出建议。全文共分为六个部分：第一部分是绪论。主要阐述选题价值和意义,研究综述、研究内容及创新之处。第二部分是泰国华文教育史中的师生关系发展历程。泰国华文教育从萌芽到初步发展,后经历了两次打击和复苏,近十年得到了较好的发展。其中中学汉语教育由初中开始向高中打开局面,此后受政局影响经历几番起落,直至冷战结束中泰友好建交才走上轨道。泰国中学华文教育中的师生关系受泰国对华政策的影响,主要经历同化政策之前、同化政策初期、强制同化时期和当代中泰友好时期。从最初的同胞式的融洽关系,到面对打击关系淡化而后恢复,再到带上政治色彩,直到现代教育中上升到两国文化交流的层面,泰国中学中泰师生关系错综复杂。第三部分是泰国中学师生关系现状描述。通过多种调查形式的设计,以素攀班罕一中学作为平台,以该校学生和2010届广西大学汉语国际教育硕士专业赴泰实习生为主要对象做调研。然后从泰国中学中泰师生关系的一般情况、影响师生关系的因素和师生关系的影响这三方面,对现代泰国师生关系的现状进行描述和分析。第四部分是泰国中学汉语教育中师生关系的特点。首先,通过对比,总结出国内外对外汉语教育中师生关系主要特点。国内方面,主要存在师生交际社会化和学生较为主动的特点；国外方面,存在师生地位受教师地位影响、师生感情不长久、重视通过传播传统文化拉近师生距离等特点。然后,从教师和学生这两个师生关系的主要方面入手着重介绍泰国中学汉语教育中师生关系的特点,主要包括教师对部分学生的偏爱现象、师生之间亦师亦友,学生眷恋旧老师、真心对待新老师,沟通手段组成丰富、性别问题敏感和教师被融入泰国文化氛围等五点。在此基础上,从教学体制和文化差异两方面分析特点形成的原因。第五部分是总结有关师生关系在泰国中学汉语教学中的作用。生活上,良好的师生关系帮助汉语老师克服跨文化问题,并在情感方面帮助汉语教师。教学中,和谐的师生关系能为教师进行教学准备提供参考,帮助教师创建良好的课堂氛围,帮助教师成长,但过分融洽的师生关系会影响教师权威。学术上,良好的师生关系能为调查研究和理论研究提供帮助。第六部分是启示与建议。针对教师期望、惩罚、家长关注和利用课堂关注点四点补充案例。然后从专业素质及其它方面提出存在的问题,并建议教师注意反省和巩固,及时提高与更新自我。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teachers and students is the basis of any educational activities . As a result of the particularity of foreign language education , the relationship between teachers and students is different from that of ordinary education in China .

The first part is introduction . It mainly expounds the value and significance of the topic selection , the research overview , the research content and the innovation .

The second part is the development of the relationship between teachers and students in the history of Chinese education in Thailand .

The third part is the description of the current situation of the relationship between teachers and students in the middle school of Thailand . Through the design of many kinds of investigation forms , we study the current situation of the relationship between teachers and students from the general situation of the teacher - student relationship in the middle school of Thailand , the factors that influence the teacher - student relationship and the influence of the teacher - student relationship .

The fourth part is the characteristic of the relationship between teachers and students in Chinese education in the middle school of Thailand . First , the main characteristics of the relationship between teachers and students at home and abroad are summarized .
This paper focuses on the characteristics of teacher - student relationship between teachers and students , including teachers ' preference for some students , teachers and students , students ' attachment to old teachers , sincere treatment of new teachers , communication means , gender - sensitive and teacher ' s integration into Thai culture atmosphere . On this basis , the reasons for the formation of the characteristics are analyzed from the two aspects of teaching system and cultural difference .

The fifth part is to summarize the role of teacher - student relationship in Chinese teaching in middle school of Thailand . In life , good teacher - student relationship helps Chinese teachers overcome cross - cultural problems and help Chinese teachers in emotional side . In teaching , harmonious teacher - student relationship can provide reference for teachers to create good classroom atmosphere and help teachers grow , but the relationship between teachers and students can influence teachers ' authority .

The sixth part is inspiration and suggestion . Aiming at teacher ' s expectation , punishment , parents ' attention and use of four point supplementary cases of classroom attention point , this paper puts forward some problems from professional quality and other aspects , and suggests that teachers should pay attention to introspection and consolidation to improve and update themselves in time .
