非洲国家的多元语言使用问题

【摘要】：非洲语言数量繁多,使用程度不一,地位、功能不同。非洲各国由于受殖民时期语言政策的影响,通常将英语等原殖民国家语言定为官方语言,使本土语言受到不同程度的贬抑。多语使用引发的教育、经济、政治乃至传统文化的传承问题,已经成为非洲国家发展的障碍。目前,整合非洲语言并推行更灵活、更民主化的语言政策,将非洲语言作为教学工具和授课内容纳入非洲教育体系,以及利用现代信息技术实现非洲语言在发展中的核心地位等措施,体现了非洲国家在应对语言问题方面的积极努力。
[Abstract]:African languages vary in number, degree of use, status and function.Due to the influence of the language policy during the colonial period, African countries usually regard English as the official language of the colonial countries, which makes the native language subject to different degrees of derogation.The transmission of education, economy, politics and even traditional culture caused by multilingual use has become an obstacle to the development of African countries.The integration of African languages and the promotion of more flexible and democratic language policies that integrate African languages as teaching tools and content into the African education system,The measures of using modern information technology to realize the core position of African language in development reflect the positive efforts of African countries in dealing with language problems.
