欧美留学生对汉语教材中交际规约理解障碍的调查报告

【摘要】:在全球化的今天,,多元文化共存和交流日趋频繁的形势下,跨文化交际理解能力的培养已成为对外汉语教学的一个重要目标。在对外汉语教学界,有关“交际文化”的理论探讨很多,但对交际文化中的交际规约的研究还很薄弱。然而对于学习汉语的留学生来说,交际文化中隐藏着很多难以理解的“交际规约”。从这一角度进行的研究也几乎没有。 着眼于此,本文选取了四套权威对外汉语综合课的教材,把其中能体现交际规约项目的19篇课文选为研究内容,并对50名在京欧美留学生进行了有关课文中交际规约理解障碍的访谈,根据访谈结果的有效性和代表性选取出了25名访谈对象的转载内容作为研究对象。最后结合研究内容和研究对象从表层到深层再到教材编写进行了理解障碍因素的具体分析。表层的交际规约分析包括从打招呼/问候,询问/交流,邀请/拒绝,自我介绍/介绍他人,称呼/称谓,告别/送别,忠告/建议等角度的分析,深层的交际规约包括从生活方式、思维方式、价值取向三方面的深入探讨;最后落脚于教材编写中有待于完善的方面,包括教材对话内容、语境等方面的讨论,最后根据讨论分析的结果,本文进行了一些交际规约实例探讨,希望这些实例探讨能为对外汉语课堂教学和教材编写提供一些可供参考的意见。
[Abstract]:In today's globalization, with the coexistence and communication of multiculturalism, the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence has become an important goal of teaching Chinese as a foreign language (TCFL). In the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, there are many theories about communicative culture, but the study of communication rules in communication culture is still very weak. However, for foreign students studying Chinese, there are many difficult communication rules hidden in communication culture. Little research has been done from this point of view. In view of this, this paper selects four sets of authoritative textbooks for Chinese as a foreign language synthesis course, and selects 19 texts which can embody the project of communication rules as the content of the study. According to the validity and representativeness of the interview results, 25 subjects were selected as the subjects of the study. Finally, combining the research content and research object from the surface to the deep and then to the compilation of textbooks, the author makes a concrete analysis of the obstacles to understanding. Surface analysis of communication rules includes analysis from the perspectives of greeting / greeting, inquiry / communication, invitation / rejection, introduction / introduction of others, address / address, farewell / farewell, advice / advice, etc. The deep rules of communication include three aspects: the way of life, the way of thinking, the orientation of value, and finally, the discussion of the content of dialogue, the context of the textbook, and so on, which need to be perfected in the compilation of the textbook. Finally, based on the results of discussion and analysis, this paper discusses some examples of communication rules, hoping that the discussion of these examples can provide some useful suggestions for the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and the compilation of textbooks.
