香港粤语中英语音译借词的优选论分析

【摘要】：英语借词作为香港粤语词汇中的重要组成部分，已成为香港粤语的特点之一，并引起了学者们的注意并对其做出了一定的研究。这些研究多是基于语料的语用学分析，多为揭示其产生原因，分析其特点及社会功能，而甚少研究其音系变异的动因。本论文将以另一种视角——优选论的角度来探讨香港粤语中的英语音译词的音节调整问题。优选论（简称OT）在20世纪90年代初由Price和Smolensky（1993年）创立之后，，很快地风靡整个语言学界，在语言教学、语言习得等边缘领域也获得了广泛的应用。其主要内容是：世界上的所有语言都具有同样的制约条件，各个语言的不同之处就在于制约条件的层级排列不同。制约条件是可以违反的，如果说语言中的表层形式是最优或者最和谐的，意思是指这一形式最低限度的违反了制约条件，或者说比其他的表层形式更好的满足了排列等级高的制约条件。对音节结构的介绍与讨论也是本文的重点，论文还对香港粤语及英语的音节结构进行了分析。本文中所采用的香港粤语的音节结构是(Ci)V(Cf)，在香港粤语中，音节首位置不允许辅音丛，音节尾位置只允许特定的闭塞音出现。另外，还有韵律的合格性条件也对香港粤语的音节提出了要求。通过音节结构的分析，提出了英语进入香港粤语的相关制约条件并做出了可能的排列。进而在优选论框架下通过反复例证，英语进入香港粤语的相关制约条件被发现和排列。
[Abstract]:As an important part of Hong Kong Cantonese vocabulary, English loanwords have become one of the characteristics of Hong Kong Cantonese, and have attracted the attention of scholars and made some research on them. Most of these studies are based on corpus-based pragmatic analysis, mostly in order to reveal the causes of their emergence, analyze their characteristics and social functions, but rarely study the causes of phonological variation. In this thesis, we will discuss the syllable adjustment of English transliterated words in Hong Kong Cantonese from another perspective-optimal selection theory. After being founded by Price and Smolensky (1993) in the early 1990s, the theory of optimal selection quickly swept the whole linguistic field and was widely used in the marginal fields such as language teaching, language acquisition and so on. The main content is: all languages in the world have the same restriction conditions, the difference of each language lies in the different levels of constraints. Constraints can be violated. If the surface form in the language is optimal or harmonious, it means that the form violates the constraint at least, Or better than other surface forms to meet the high-ranking constraints. The introduction and discussion of syllable structure is also the focus of this paper. The syllable structure of Hong Kong Cantonese and English is also analyzed. The syllabic structure of the Hong Kong Cantonese used in this paper is Cianvu CfU. In Hong Kong Cantonese, consonants are not allowed at the beginning of syllables, and only specific occlusive sounds are allowed at the end of the syllables. In addition, there are prosodic qualification requirements for Hong Kong Cantonese syllables. Through the analysis of syllable structure, this paper puts forward the relevant restriction conditions of English entering Hong Kong Cantonese and makes possible arrangement. Furthermore, through repeated examples, the constraints of English entering Hong Kong Cantonese are found and arranged under the framework of optimal selection theory.
