文化视角下的中医学翻译研究

【摘要】：中医药学作为中华民族的一门传统科技文化,有着悠久的历史、喜忧参半的现状。众多学者认为,中医药学以其独特的优势,必将成为未来医学的主宰力量。随着各国之间交流与合作的不断增加,中医药的神奇临床疗效和独特的理论体系已越来越引起国际上的重视,因而了解中医药学,普及中医药学,让世界了解和认知中医药学的魅力所在,是我们每一位炎黄子孙义不容辞的责任。为了准确地将中医药学的理论、实践与科研成果介绍到国外,使国外学者能正确理解,促进国际学术交流,中医药术语的英译已经成为人们日益关注的话题。中医体现了中国传统文化,翻译的好坏与对文化内在含义的处理是否得当有莫大的关系。从文化角度研究中医翻译,如中草药名称,针灸学术语,中医药经典著作名称等术语和句子英译,对中医药术语翻译进行探讨性的分析和归纳；同时分析一些常见的误译例子,找出这些翻译问题的根源,以便更好地推广和传播中国传统医学文化；促使中医药术语英译的标准化、规范化,更好地帮助学习中医的外国学者深入地了解中医,使这一文化奇葩最终与世界医学接轨。
[Abstract]:As a traditional science and technology culture of the Chinese nation, traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and mixed status. Many scholars believe that traditional Chinese medicine, with its unique advantages, will become the dominant force of medicine in the future. With the increasing exchanges and cooperation among countries, the magical clinical efficacy and unique theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine have attracted more and more attention from the international community, so they understand Chinese medicine and popularize it. Let the world understand and understand the charm of traditional Chinese medicine, it is our bounden responsibility. In order to accurately introduce the theory, practice and scientific research achievements of TCM to foreign countries, so that foreign scholars can correctly understand and promote international academic exchanges, the translation of Chinese medicine terms into English has become a topic of increasing concern. Chinese medicine embodies the traditional Chinese culture, and the quality of translation has a great relationship with the proper handling of the inherent meaning of culture. This paper studies the translation of Chinese medicine from a cultural point of view, such as the name of Chinese herbal medicine, the terminology of acupuncture and moxibustion, the name of classical works of traditional Chinese medicine, and the English translation of sentences, and makes an exploratory analysis and induction of the translation of terms of traditional Chinese medicine, and analyzes some common examples of mistranslation. To find out the root causes of these translation problems in order to better promote and disseminate Chinese traditional medical culture; to promote the standardization and standardization of the translation of traditional Chinese medicine terms into English; and to help foreign scholars who study Chinese medicine better understand Chinese medicine in depth.
