重庆市小学双语教师专业发展现状研究

【摘要】:在全球经济一体化的浪潮下,中国与世界在政治、经济、文化科技等方面的交流日益频繁,对既懂外语又懂专业的复合型人才的需求加大。双语教育符合国家发展的需要,也是世界教育发展的必然趋势。但是我国的双语教学,尤其是小学双语教学发展并不理想,双语教师、双语教材、双语学生等因素都在制约着我国双语教学的发展。教学大计,教师为本,双语教师专业发展的好坏,对双语教学的发展至关重要。只有建立一支高素质高效率的双语教师队伍,才能保证双语教学的顺利发展。 本文以小学双语教师的专业发展现状为研究出发点,针对重庆市小学双语教师的专业发展现状做了调查,并在此基础上分析重庆市小学双语教师专业发展存在的问题,提出了一些建议和措施,希望对重庆市小学双语教师的专业发展有所帮助。 第一章为绪论部分,主要介绍本文的选题缘由和研究意义,并对本论文的结构做了简要介绍 第二章为文献综述部分,,在对相关的核心概念进行界定之后,梳理了国内外关于教师专业发展和双语教师专业发展的相关文献,并在此基础上,借鉴现有的研究成果和美国双语教育教师的入职标准和认证指南,阐述了双语教师专业发展的内在结构。 第三章简要介绍了本论文的研究设计、研究对象和研究过程。本文以重庆市小学双语教师为研究对象,对重庆市在职小学双语教师和高校小学双语教学专业的2012届应届毕业生分别进行了访谈和问卷调查,从专业态度、专业能力、专业知识、培训情况等方面了解重庆市小学双语教师专业发展的基本情况。 第四章从教师个人、学校、有关教育部门三个层面分析重庆市小学双语教师专业发展存在的问题和原因,寻找重庆市小学双语教师专业发展存的问题极其根源,本章主要解决了重庆市小学双语教师专业发展现状如何、专业发展所面临的问题及其原因等问题,对重庆市小学双语教师的专业发展现状做了一个真实客观地描述。 第五章对小学双语教师专业发展提出了一些意见和建议,依次为教师、学校和有关教育部门提出了不同的意见。希望对小学双语教师专业发展有所帮助。 第六章总结了本研究的不足之处和今后的研究展望。
[Abstract]:Under the tide of global economic integration, the exchanges between China and the world in politics, economy, culture and science and technology are increasingly frequent. Bilingual education meets the needs of national development and is the inevitable trend of the development of education in the world. However, the development of bilingual teaching, especially in primary schools, is not ideal. Bilingual teachers, bilingual teaching materials and bilingual students are all restricting the development of bilingual teaching in China. Teaching plan, teacher-oriented, bilingual teachers' professional development is very important to the development of bilingual teaching. Only by establishing a high-quality and high-efficiency bilingual teachers can we guarantee the smooth development of bilingual teaching. Taking the professional development of primary school bilingual teachers as the starting point, this paper makes an investigation on the professional development of primary school bilingual teachers in Chongqing, and on this basis analyzes the problems existing in the professional development of primary bilingual teachers in Chongqing. Some suggestions and measures are put forward to help the professional development of bilingual teachers in primary schools in Chongqing. The first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly introduces the reason and significance of this thesis, and gives a brief introduction to the structure of this paper. The second chapter is the literature review part, after defining the related core concepts, it combs the related literature about teachers' professional development and bilingual teachers' professional development at home and abroad, and on this basis, Referring to the existing research results and the entry standards and certification guidelines of bilingual teachers in the United States, this paper expounds the internal structure of the professional development of bilingual teachers. The third chapter briefly introduces the research design, research object and research process. This paper takes Chongqing primary school bilingual teachers as the research object, carries on the interview and the questionnaire investigation to the Chongqing primary school bilingual teachers and the university primary school bilingual teaching graduates of the class of 2012, from the professional attitude, the specialized ability, Professional knowledge, training and other aspects to understand the professional development of primary school bilingual teachers in Chongqing. The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and causes of the professional development of primary bilingual teachers in Chongqing from three aspects: individual teachers, schools and relevant education departments, and looks for the problems and root causes of the professional development of bilingual teachers in primary schools in Chongqing. This chapter mainly solves the problems of the professional development of bilingual teachers in primary schools in Chongqing, the problems and the causes of their professional development, and gives a true and objective description of the professional development of bilingual teachers in primary schools in Chongqing. The fifth chapter puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the professional development of bilingual teachers in primary schools, including teachers, schools and relevant education departments. Hope to help the professional development of bilingual teachers in primary schools. The sixth chapter summarizes the shortcomings of this study and future research prospects.
