【摘要】：随着中国经济的快速发展,综合国力的日益增强,“华文热/汉语热”在世界各地不断升温中,也造成大量的华语师资缺口。迄今为止,仍有人误认为“只要能说中文就能教华语”,本文在第二章探讨一名优秀的华文教师应具备哪些专业知能。面对世界的“华文热/汉语热”,台湾地区在华语师资培育方面,不论是政策、法规还是课程规划方面,从2006年开始都发生了较大的改革及变化。第三章研究台湾地区华语教师培训的相关措施及法规。第四章、第五章则讨论台湾地区华语师资的培育现况。第六章审视台湾地区所培育出的华语教师,在世界各地的需求如何?而长期培养出的华语教师,在面临实际的工作时是否能胜任?在世界各地陆续成立的台湾教育中心,是否能给台湾的华语教师带来新的机会? 第七章利用SWOT分析法：整理出台湾地区华语教学所面临的问题与困难,找出改进或改善的方式；亦试整理出台湾地区华语教师的优势与机会,提出华语教师专业提升的方式及台湾华语文教师未来可努力的方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the increasing comprehensive national strength, the "Chinese language fever / Chinese craze" is heating up all over the world, which also creates a large shortage of Chinese teachers. Up to now, there are still some people who think that "Chinese can be taught as long as you can speak Chinese". In Chapter two, we discuss what professional knowledge a good Chinese teacher should possess. In the face of the "Chinese language craze / Chinese craze" in the world, great reforms and changes have taken place in the area of Chinese language teacher training in Taiwan since 2006, both in terms of policies, regulations and curriculum planning. The third chapter studies the relevant measures and regulations of Chinese language teacher training in Taiwan. Chapter four and chapter five discuss the current situation of Chinese language teacher training in Taiwan. Chapter VI examines the needs of the Chinese language teachers cultivated in the Taiwan region in various parts of the world. And can Chinese language teachers, who have been trained for a long time, be competent in the face of practical work? Will Taiwan's educational centres, which have been set up around the world, bring new opportunities to Taiwan's Chinese language teachers? The seventh chapter uses SWOT analysis method to sort out the problems and difficulties faced by the Chinese language teaching in Taiwan, to find out the ways to improve or to improve, and also to sort out the advantages and opportunities of the Chinese language teachers in Taiwan. This paper puts forward the ways to promote Chinese teachers' specialty and the direction that Taiwanese Chinese language teachers can make great efforts to in the future.
