中亚来华本土汉语师资培养情况调查研究

【摘要】:研究以Waters Alan(2005)的师资培养理论为指导,运用文献资料法、问卷、访谈调查法等研究方法,,选取中亚来华本土汉语师资培养中师资培训和师资教育的两部分主体:来疆培训的本土汉语教师和在疆学习的汉语国际教育硕士(海外生源),包括已取得硕士学位的学生和在读的研究生作为研究对象,对此二类群体的培训/培养目标、生源情况、语言情况、基本素质、就业意向等方面进行调查,结合二者的课程各参与方情况、课程设置、培训策略等情况,分析了调查对象的特点,总结出培养方式中存在的优势与不足,提出中亚本土来华汉语师资队伍建设的启示,以合理整合资源,大力培养中亚地区的汉语本土师资。 本研究由四个章节组成。第一章绪论主要阐述本研究的选题背景及缘由、研究目的与研究意义、研究综述和研究设计。第二章通过对中亚本土汉语教师的培训目标、生源情况、语言情况及基本素质、课程设置及培训策略、成绩考核与培训效果进行调查分析,说明中亚汉语本土教师的培训总体上能够满足各方需求,所形成的模式可为下一期培训提供有益经验,但在实施过程中还存在有待改进、提高的空间。第三章通过对汉语国际教育硕士的培养目标、生源情况、语言情况及基本素质、课程设置及培养方式、来华动机及就业意向、实习与学位论文情况进行调查分析,说明汉语国际教育硕士的培养基本符合了全国汉语国际教育硕士专业学位教育指导委员的要求,确实培养出一批从事汉语国际教育事业的本土汉语教师,取得了一定的成效,其培养过程中各个环节的实施能够为我们培养更多中亚本土人才从事汉语国际教育事业提供参考。第四章从加大对培养师资力量的重视、增加教师派遣方式和HSK考点数量、加大资金支持、寻求多方合作、进一步深入调查研究、互相借鉴经验等方面为中亚地区本土汉语师资的培养提出了建议。 研究在本土师资培养方面存在不足的情况下,为中亚地区本土师资,特别是来华学习进修的本土师资队伍建设提供了参考依据,以期最终实现汉语师资本土化的目的。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the theory of teacher training by Waters Alan 2005, the research uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and so on. Select two parts of teacher training and teacher education in native Chinese teacher training in Central Asia: native Chinese teacher in Xinjiang and Master of International Chinese Education in Xinjiang (overseas students), including master's degree. As subjects of study, This paper investigates the training / training objectives, students' resources, language situation, basic quality, employment intention and so on of the two groups, combining with the situation of each participant, curriculum setting, training strategy and so on. This paper analyzes on the characteristics of the investigation objects, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the training methods, and puts forward the enlightenment of the construction of the Chinese teachers in Central Asia in order to integrate the resources reasonably and train the native Chinese teachers in the Central Asia region. This study consists of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the background and reason of this research, research purpose and significance, research summary and research design. The second chapter investigates and analyzes the training objectives, students, language and basic qualities, curriculum and training strategies, results assessment and training effect of native Chinese teachers in Central Asia. It shows that the training of native Chinese teachers in Central Asia can meet the needs of all sides on the whole, and the model can provide useful experience for the next training, but there is still room for improvement and improvement in the process of implementation. The third chapter investigates and analyzes the training objectives, students, language and basic qualities, curriculum setup and training methods, motivation and employment intention, internship and degree thesis of the Master of International Education in Chinese. It shows that the training of Master of International Education in Chinese has basically met the requirements of the National steering Committee for the Education of Master's degree in International Chinese Education, and has indeed produced a number of native Chinese teachers engaged in the cause of international Chinese education, and has achieved certain results. The implementation of each link in the training process can provide reference for us to train more local talents in Central Asia to engage in Chinese international education. In the fourth chapter, we should pay more attention to the training of teachers, increase the number of teacher dispatching methods and HSK test sites, increase financial support, seek multi-party cooperation, and further investigate and study. Some suggestions are put forward for the training of native Chinese teachers in Central Asia. The study provides a reference basis for the construction of native teachers in Central Asia, especially for the construction of local teachers to study and study in China, in order to achieve the goal of localization of Chinese teachers.
