维吾尔膳食名称的构成方式及其翻译

【摘要】：饮食文化是民族文化的重要组成部分，，膳食名称则在饮食文化交流中起着至关重要的作用，而膳食名称的正确翻译更对文化的传播起着积极地推动作用。本文从维吾尔传统膳食名称、借自汉民族和其他国家膳食名称的构成方式和翻译方法，以及膳食名称翻译中存在的问题等几方面对维吾尔餐馆中的膳食名称进行了分析归纳，从而为今后的膳食名称翻译提供一些思路和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Diet culture is an important part of national culture, and dietary name plays an important role in the exchange of dietary culture, and the correct translation of dietary name plays an active role in promoting the spread of culture. This paper analyzes and summarizes the dietary names in Uygur restaurants from the aspects of the traditional Uygur dietary names, the composition and translation methods of the dietary names of the Han nationality and other countries, as well as the problems existing in the translation of the dietary names. So as to provide some ideas and reference for the translation of dietary names in the future.
