焦虑对口译考试考生的影响

【摘要】:近十年来,将口译研究与心理学研究进行跨学科相结合的研究方法逐渐成为口译研究的一个热点。许多学者都致力于研究心理学的不同角度与口译表现之间的关系,例如焦虑的影响以及产生类似焦虑的原因等等。但是,很少有研究涉及到口译焦虑与口译表现之间的关系,特别是未能提出一套系统的测量口译焦虑的标准。在这方面,最重要的研究者之一是康志峰学者关于口译焦虑的研究。康的研究不仅证明了不同级别的口译焦虑的存在,而且验证了不同级别的口译焦虑与口译表现之间的关系。利用康提出的口译焦虑量表,作者测试了26名参加口译等级资格考试的学生在考试中的表现。在重现其研究方法的基础上,作者进一步比较了专业译员和业余译员在口译焦虑级别和口译表现中的差异,并在前人的基础上力求进一步完善一套测量口译焦虑表现的方法。本研究证明:1.高焦虑与低焦虑都对口译表现有阻碍作用,中焦虑对口译表现有促进作用。2.口译焦虑与学生口译中语法错误数量,自我重复与自我修正数量,声音平稳程度以及总体得分水平都具有相关性。3.在康志峰教授的前期试验中,他所用到的评估口译表现的标准并不很全面。与康的研究相比,作者在本文中提出了一套更全面,更深入的口译焦虑表现的评估办法。在此,作者希望能以此文抛砖引玉,为未来的口译焦虑研究提供一个更新的视角,同时也为日后的教学事业和口译考试的考生提出具有针对性的建议。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the interdisciplinary research method of combining interpreting research with psychological research has gradually become a hot topic in interpreting research. Many scholars have studied the relationship between different angles of psychology and interpretation performance, such as the influence of anxiety and the causes of similar anxiety. However, there are few studies on the relationship between interpretation anxiety and interpretation performance, especially the failure to propose a systematic standard for measuring interpretation anxiety. In this respect, one of the most important researchers is Kang Zhifeng's research on interpretation anxiety. Kang's study not only proves the existence of different levels of interpretation anxiety, but also verifies the relationship between different levels of interpretation anxiety and interpretation performance. Using the interpretation anxiety scale put forward by Kang, the author tested the performance of 26 students who took part in the interpretation grade qualification test. On the basis of reproducing his research methods, the author further compares the differences between professional and amateur interpreters in interpretation anxiety level and interpretation performance, and tries to improve a set of methods for measuring interpretation anxiety performance on the basis of previous studies. This study proves that 1: 1. Both high anxiety and low anxiety hinder interpreting performance, while medium anxiety can promote interpreting performance. Interpreting anxiety is correlated with the number of grammatical errors, the number of self-repetition and self-correction, the degree of sound smoothness and the overall score level. In Professor Kang's earlier experiments, the criteria he used to assess interpretation performance were not comprehensive. Compared with Kang's research, the author proposes a more comprehensive and in-depth evaluation method of interpretation anxiety performance. Here, the author hopes to offer a new perspective for the study of interpretation anxiety in the future, and at the same time to provide some suggestions for the future teaching career and the examinee of interpreting examination.
