应用文易读性研究

【摘要】：为了适应快节奏的网络化时代需求,能够更好地提高应用文的写作质量,进而提高政府机关的办事效率,不断满足网络化时代人们的心理和工作需求,本文对国内外的研究文献进行了梳理、分析和总结,并将实际收集到的机关例文与理论相结合,对应用文的易读性进行深入研究。本文以搜集到的基层实际公文为基础,在数据汇总、分析归纳的基础上,对影响应用文易读性的相关因素,如语言表述方面、写作主体方面、写作受体方面、文种方面、标点符号方面、文章的结构安排和内容的表现形式等方面进行了详细的阐述。并分析了这些问题出现的原因,主要是应用文自身的特点方面、易读性程式方面、写作受体素质缺乏等方面造成的。最后本文给出了提升应用文易读性的方法,分别从图示理论的角度、词汇文化内涵的角度、提升写作者的写作能力和专业素质等角度来有针对性地阐述如何提升应用文的易读性。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the needs of the fast rhythm of the networked era, it can improve the writing quality of practical writing better, and then improve the efficiency of the government organs, and constantly meet the psychological and work needs of the people in the networked era. This article combs, analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign research literature, and combines the actual collected examples with the theory, and makes a deep research on the readability of the practical articles. This paper is based on the actual official documents collected at the grass-roots level. On the basis of data collection, analysis and induction, the paper analyzes the factors that affect the readability of practical writing, such as language representation, writing subject, writing receptor, language, punctuation, etc. The structure and content of the article are described in detail. The causes of these problems are analyzed, which are mainly caused by the characteristics of practical writing itself, readability programming, and the lack of writing receptor quality. Finally, this paper gives the methods to improve the readability of practical texts, from the perspective of graphic theory and lexical cultural connotation. To improve the writer's writing ability and professional quality, to expound how to improve the readability of practical writing.
