【摘要】：商业计划书是一份全方位的项目计划,其主要意图是递交给投资商,以便于他们能对企业或项目做出评价,从而使企业获得融资。商业计划书写作的直接目的是为了寻找战略合作者或者风险投资人。而对于一个发展中的企业来说,专业的商业计划书既是寻找投资的必备材料,也是企业对自身的现状及未来发展战略全面思索和重新定位的过程。商业计划书的篇幅要根据企业的自身情况而定,既不能过于繁琐面面俱到,也不能过于简单忽略重点。在中国入世之后,商业计划书已经成为常用经济文书中很重要的一类文书,研究商业计划书的写作方法具有较重要的现实意义,写好商业计划书对于写作其他经济文书能起到触类旁通的作用。目前有很多文章介绍商业计划书的写作,但是大部分都偏重于从实际经验的积累角度出发的定性陈述,而弱于从多学科综合视角出发,站在理论高度进行梳理与总结。本文在研究大量商业计划书的基础上对商业计划书的写作过程与方法进行了梳理与完善。本文分为四部分展开。第一部分介绍商业计划书写作研究的现状以及存在的问题。第二部分概述了商业计划书写作的理念与原则,第三部分是本文的研究重点,主要对商业计划书的摘要、主体等部分内容的写作方法进行了深入的分析。第四部分为对商业计划书的展望。
[Abstract]:A business plan is a comprehensive project plan whose main intention is to submit it to investors so that they can evaluate the enterprise or project so that the enterprise can obtain financing. The direct purpose of writing a business plan is to find strategic partners or venture capitalists. For a developing enterprise, a professional business plan is not only a necessary material for investment, but also a process for enterprises to think and reposition their current situation and future development strategy. The length of a business plan should be based on the company's own circumstances and should not be too cumbersome or too simple to ignore. After China's entry into WTO, the business plan has become one of the most important economic documents in common use, so it is of great practical significance to study the writing method of the business plan. Writing a good business plan can serve as an analogy in writing other economic documents. At present, there are many articles introducing the writing of business plan, but most of them are focused on the qualitative statement from the perspective of accumulation of practical experience, but weaker than from the perspective of multi-disciplinary synthesis, combing and summing up from the perspective of theory. Based on the study of a large number of business plans, this paper combs and perfects the writing process and methods of business plans. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the current situation and existing problems of business plan writing. The second part summarizes the business plan writing ideas and principles, the third part is the focus of this paper, mainly on the business plan abstract, the main part of the writing methods of in-depth analysis. The fourth part is the prospect of the business plan.
