跨语言音素表征瓶颈研究

【摘要】:在听到一种全新的语言(L3)时,人们常常使用自己熟悉的母语(L1)语音编码去表征L3当中新异的语音,因此常常导致误解和口音等问题。本研究使用信号检测论方法,设计以上海话为信号刺激,各种声母近似、韵母相同的语音为噪音的信号检测任务,用辨别力d’指标来研究北方官话区被试表征上海话音素的方式对分辨任务表现的影响。结果表明,北方官话区被试辨别力显著低于沪语区被试,即使经过跟读学习,沪语区被试的辨别力仍然显著高于北方官话区被试。在未经跟读的情况下,沪语区被试对于单字反应标准更保守慎重,对词语更随意冒险,对单字的辨别力也高于词语。而北方官话区被试则对于词语的辨别力高于单字的辨别力。对于单字和词语检测任务,北方官话区被试对于词语的辨别力高于单字的辨别力。对于三种信噪组合来说,沪语区被试的辨别力相近,其中对英语音素信噪组合的辨别力稍低,跟读学习后,沪语区被试对于三种信噪组合的辨别力均上升。而北方官话区被试对普通话音素的信噪组合具有较高的辨别力,而对于英语音素和沪语独有音素的信噪组合则辨别力极低。经过跟读学习之后,北方官话区被试对于英语音素的信噪组合辨别力会有所提升,而对于沪语独有音素的信噪组合即使经过跟读学习,也无法获得提升。
[Abstract]:When we hear a new language (L3), people often use their familiar native language L1) to represent the new and different pronunciation in L3, which often leads to misunderstanding and accent problems. In this study, using the signal detection theory method, we designed the signal detection task with Shanghai dialect as the signal stimulus, all kinds of consonant approximations and the same vowel voice as the noise signal detection task. The influence of phonemes in northern Mandarin area on the performance of discrimination task was studied by discriminant d'index. The results show that the differentiation ability of the participants in the northern Mandarin area is significantly lower than that in the Shanghai dialect area, and even after reading and learning, the discrimination ability of the participants in the Shanghai dialect area is still significantly higher than that in the northern Mandarin area. In the case of unfollowed, the subjects in the Shanghai language area were more cautious about the standard of response to words, more casual in taking risks to words, and higher in discriminating words than words. In the northern Mandarin area, the discriminating power of words is higher than that of single word. For the task of word and word detection, the discrimination of words in Northern Mandarin area is higher than that of single word. For the three kinds of signal-noise combinations, the discrimination ability of the Shanghai-speaking area subjects was similar, and the discrimination ability of the English phoneme signal-noise combination was slightly lower, and the discrimination ability of the Shanghai-speaking area participants for the three kinds of signal-noise combination increased after following the reading study. The participants in the northern Mandarin area have a higher discriminating ability to the phoneme combination of Putonghua, but to the English phoneme and the Shanghai unique phoneme combination, the discrimination ability is very low. After following reading study, the northern Mandarin area participants' ability to distinguish the English phonemes will be improved, but for the unique phonemes in Shanghai language, they can not be improved even after learning to follow the reading.
