基于文化传播视角下的国际汉语教师培养定位研究

【摘要】:国际汉语师资的培养问题是关乎我国“汉语国际推广事业”成败的核心问题之一。厘清国际汉语教师应具备的能力,明确其培养目标,是开展一切教师培训与培养的前提,是整个教师培养体系建立的逻辑起点,对建设合格的国际汉语教师队伍具有重要的意义。 本文基于文化传播的视角,对处于文化传播主体地位的国际汉语教师的传播特征、传播环境、应具备的能力进行分析和探讨,具体结合其自身的传播特点,复合性较强的语言文化传播活动,复杂的文化环境和社会环境,从而寻求一种更符合实际的体系化的立体研究思路,使我们更加清晰、更加准确的把握国际汉语教师的培养定位,,为探索行之有效的培养策略提供一定的理论依据。 本文认为,国际汉语教师是我国对外汉语教学事业历史发展的产物,其履行职能,进行各种推广实践活动是一个文化传播的过程。在目前由“对外汉语教学”向“汉语国际推广”深化发展的背景下,其语言文化传播活动中的诸多要素均发生不同程度的变化,并呈现出各自的特点,如语言和文化兼容的传播内容、丰富多样的传播媒介。国际汉语教师自身也发生较大的变化,如群体规模、整体素质、以及个性差异等。面对这些变化和特点,基于文化传播视角下国际汉语教师的培养定位应以满足国际社会的普遍需求为导向,以适应客观环境的变化为原则,以提升语言文化传播有效性为目标。鉴于此,本文将关于国际汉语教师培养定位问题的研究置于其主要从事的语言文化教学、文化传播、跨文化人际交往三大实践活动中,根据对每一实践活动传播特征的分析,提出了国际汉语教师在不同实践活动中的应备能力和培养目标。这些能力包括在语言文化教学活动中的掌握学习者文化需求的能力、遵循异质文化间的组织规范的能力、吸纳当地社会文化环境相关信息的能力、形成教师自身个性与风格的能力,在文化推广活动中的媒介素养能力和媒介掌控能力,在跨文化人际交往中的个人形象建构能力和文化背景适应能力。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of international Chinese teachers is one of the core problems related to the success or failure of Chinese international promotion in China. It is the premise of all teachers' training and the logical starting point to establish the whole teacher training system to clarify the ability of international Chinese teachers and clarify their training objectives. It is of great significance for the construction of qualified international Chinese teachers. Based on the perspective of cultural communication, this paper analyzes and discusses the communication characteristics, communication environment and ability of the international Chinese teachers who are in the main position of cultural communication. The complex language and culture communication activities, the complex cultural environment and the social environment, so as to seek a more practical, systematic and three-dimensional research ideas, so that we can be more clear. A more accurate understanding of the training of international Chinese teachers provides a theoretical basis for exploring effective training strategies. This paper holds that international Chinese teachers are the product of the historical development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in our country. It is a process of spreading culture to perform its functions and carry out various popularizing and practical activities. Under the background of the deepening development from "teaching Chinese as a foreign language" to "international popularization of Chinese", many elements of its language and culture communication activities have changed in varying degrees and have their own characteristics. Such as language and culture compatible content of communication, rich and diverse media. International Chinese teachers themselves have also undergone great changes, such as group size, overall quality, and personality differences. In the face of these changes and characteristics, the training orientation of international Chinese teachers under the perspective of cultural communication should be oriented to meet the general needs of the international community, to adapt to the changes in the objective environment, and to promote the effectiveness of language and culture communication. In view of this, this paper puts the research on the training and orientation of international Chinese teachers in its three major practical activities, namely, language and culture teaching, cultural communication and cross-cultural interpersonal communication, according to the analysis of the communication characteristics of each practical activity. This paper puts forward the preparation ability and training goal of international Chinese teachers in different practical activities. These include the ability to master learners' cultural needs in language and cultural teaching activities, the ability to follow the organizational norms of heterogeneous cultures, and the ability to absorb relevant information about the local sociocultural environment, The ability of forming teachers' own personality and style, media literacy and media control ability in cultural promotion activities, personal image construction ability and cultural background adaptability ability in cross-cultural interpersonal communication.
