基于中泰基础教育差异的在泰汉语教师志愿者教学问题研究

【摘要】:近年来,泰国基础教育阶段的汉语教育得到快速发展。截至2008年10月,中小学汉语学习人数约为23万,开设汉语课程的公立中小学为491所,如今数量更多。汉语教师志愿者项目启动9年时间,中国前后派往泰国的志愿者总计5600多人,汉语教师志愿者已经成为了泰国基础教育汉语教育的主力军,承担着主体教学工作,撑起了半壁江山。 志愿者在泰国教学中面临着一系列问题,如学生学习不认真、学生作业完成情况不佳、教学目标模糊、统一教学大纲缺失、学生配合度不高、课堂秩序难维持、教学法不能吸引学生注意力等等,并且这些问题使志愿者产生了挫败感、焦虑感、失望、困惑等情绪。通过对以上问题的研究分析,笔者发现其中有相当一部分问题是由中泰两国基础教育差异所造成的,更准确地说,是志愿者未能从两国基础教育差异层面去认识泰国基础教育的现状和特点。因此,笔者对中泰基础教育的差异和成因进行梳理,为志愿者的问题找到基础性原因,并据此提出建议。 本文分为六个章节。第一章为绪论,对本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究方法与写作思路进行了简要阐述,对相关文献进行了综述;第二章以志愿者在泰教学所面临的问题为出发点,对比展现出中泰基础教育的主要差异和两国外语教育的不同特点;第三章从教育理念和社会文化观念两个角度对形成中泰基础教育差异的原因进行了讨论;第四章结合中泰基础教育差异和差异形成原因,对志愿者面临的主要教学问题进行了剖析;第五章基于差异对比、原因探寻和问题剖析,对志愿者汉语教学提出了三点建议;第六章是对本文进行了总结和回顾,指出本文研究的不足并对未来研究提出建议。 由于教育理念和社会文化观念的不同,中泰基础教育出现了比较明显的差异。正因为这些差异,当成长于中国教育的志愿者进入泰国教育大环境进行教学时,出现了不理解、不适应,一些泰国师生习以为常的泰国教育现实给志愿者的教学带来了困扰。也因为对两国基础教育差异认识的不充分,志愿者在教学管理和教学实践中出现了一些问题。因此笔者认为,志愿者应该充分认识中泰基础教育差异,适应并融入泰国教育环境,根据泰国基础教育的特点、学生的特点来调整教学目标、教学思路以及教学方法,以更好地开展在泰汉语教学。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Chinese language education in basic education in Thailand has developed rapidly. As of October 2008, the number of Chinese learners in primary and secondary schools was about 230000, and the number of public primary and secondary schools offering Chinese courses was 491. In the nine years since the launch of the Chinese teacher Volunteer Project, more than 5600 Chinese teachers have been sent to Thailand before and after China. Chinese teacher volunteers have become the main force in basic education and Chinese language education in Thailand, undertaking the main teaching work. Half of the way up. Volunteers face a series of problems in teaching in Thailand, such as students are not serious in their study, students' homework is not good, teaching objectives are vague, the unified syllabus is missing, students' cooperation degree is not high, and classroom order is difficult to maintain. The teaching method can't attract students' attention, and these questions make the volunteers feel frustrated, anxious, disappointed, confused and so on. Through the research and analysis of the above problems, the author finds that quite a few of them are caused by the differences in basic education between China and Thailand. Volunteers failed to understand the current situation and characteristics of basic education in Thailand from the perspective of differences in basic education between the two countries. Therefore, the author combs the differences and causes of basic education between China and Thailand, finds out the basic reasons for the problems of volunteers, and puts forward some suggestions accordingly. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, the research background, research significance, research methods and writing ideas are briefly described, and the relevant literature is summarized. The second chapter is based on the problems faced by volunteers in Thailand teaching as the starting point. The third chapter discusses the causes of the differences in basic education between China and Thailand from the perspectives of educational concepts and social and cultural concepts. The fourth chapter analyzes the main teaching problems faced by volunteers in the light of the differences and the causes of the differences in basic education between China and Thailand, and the fifth chapter puts forward three suggestions for the Chinese teaching of volunteers based on the contrast of differences, the exploration of reasons and the analysis of problems. The sixth chapter summarizes and reviews this paper, points out the shortcomings of this study and puts forward some suggestions for future research. Due to the differences between educational concepts and social and cultural concepts, there are obvious differences in basic education between China and Thailand. Because of these differences, when the volunteers growing up in Chinese education enter the educational environment of Thailand for teaching, some Thai teachers and students are accustomed to the Thai educational reality, which brings difficulties to the teaching of volunteers. There are some problems in the teaching management and teaching practice because of the insufficient understanding of the difference between the two countries. Therefore, the author believes that volunteers should fully understand the differences of basic education between China and Thailand, adapt and integrate into the Thai educational environment, adjust teaching objectives, teaching ideas and teaching methods according to the characteristics of Thai basic education and students' characteristics. In order to better develop Chinese teaching in Thailand.
