日本文化背景下对Lily A Arasaratnam跨文化交际能力测评工具的验证

【摘要】:世界逐渐成为地球村,个体逐渐成为世界公民。然而,每一个人都有他/她自身的文化背景,在理解并接受来自其他种族、文化背景的人的过程中,跨文化交际能力的重要性十分突出。因此,反复验证科学合理的评价方法以对跨文化交际能力进行测评显得尤为重要。本文有三个研究目的:一是应用Lily A.Arasaratnam的评价方法,对经历跨文化交际的人们进行跨文化交际能力的测评,,二是检验该测评方法的有效性和可靠性,三是在实际测试中完善该测评方法,进一步消弭各分项的可能出现的歧义与理解区别。 本文受试者是120名日本名古屋大学的国际留学生。本文作者使用Lily A.Arasaratnam的跨文化交际能力测评方法,调查了他们的跨文化交际能力及相关影响因素的情况。同受试的国际留学生进行访谈,了解国际留学生对于该测评量表的各个分项的看法。作者通过问卷回收数据,运用描述性统计展示留学生跨文化交际能力和跨文化交际能力影响因素的情况。应用SPSS软件,对相关数据进行了信度分析和因子分析以检验问卷的信度和结构效度。作者还通过问卷访谈,找出并分析各分项的歧义问题。 研究结果表明1)Lily A. Arasaratnam的跨文化交际能力测评方法很好的反应了日本文化背景下国际留学生跨文化交际能力的现状。2)该测评量表具较高的有效性和可靠性。3)该测试量表中存在一些项目歧义。通过项目分析,各个歧义问题得到了解决,使得该测评方法得到完善。 本文研究结果的启示是一个成熟的跨文化交际能力测评方法需要进行反复的测试验证。各个分项的歧义问题在反复的测试分析当中会暴露出来,消弭了这些歧义问题,测评方法才能更完善,跨文化交际能力的相关研究结果才会更准确。
[Abstract]:The world has gradually become a global village, and the individual has gradually become a citizen of the world. However, each person has his or her own cultural background, in the process of understanding and accepting people from other races and cultural backgrounds, the importance of intercultural communication ability is very prominent. Therefore, it is particularly important to repeatedly verify scientific and reasonable evaluation methods to evaluate intercultural communicative competence. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the intercultural communicative competence of people who have experienced cross-cultural communication by using Lily A.Arasaratnam 's evaluation method, and to test the validity and reliability of the evaluation method. Third, improve the evaluation method in the actual test, and further eliminate the possible ambiguity and understanding of the sub-items. The subjects are 120 international students from Nagoya University in Japan. Using Lily A.Arasaratnam 's cross-cultural communicative competence test, the author investigates their cross-cultural communicative competence and its related influencing factors. The international students were interviewed to find out their views on each item of the scale. The author collected data from the questionnaire and used descriptive statistics to show the influence factors of cross-cultural communicative competence and cross-cultural communicative competence of foreign students. Reliability analysis and factor analysis were carried out to test the reliability and structural validity of the questionnaire with SPSS software. The author also finds out and analyzes the ambiguity of each item by questionnaire interview. The results show that 1) Lily A. Arasaratnam's cross-cultural communicative competence evaluation method reflects the current situation of international students' intercultural communicative competence in Japanese cultural background. 2) the scale is highly effective and reliable. Sex. 3) there are some items ambiguity in the scale. Through project analysis, various ambiguity problems have been solved, which makes the evaluation method perfect. The implication of this study is that a mature method of measuring intercultural communicative competence needs to be tested and verified repeatedly. The ambiguity problem of each item will be exposed in the repeated test and analysis, which will eliminate these ambiguity problems, the evaluation method can be more perfect, and the relevant research results of cross-cultural communicative competence will be more accurate.
