商务汉语教学中的商务文化意识培养

【摘要】:随着中围国际地位的提高与中外经济、商业交流的广泛,越来越多的外国企业选择投资中围,在中国开办事驻华代表处、派遣驻华员工,并且积极对其员工展开商务汉语培训项目,在学习者学习商务汉语的同时,中国的商务文化也成为其学习汉语过程中急需了解的重要内容。但是由于学习者本围的某些商务文化与中国商务文化存在差异,至使其虽攻克了语言难关却难以融入中围的商务文化中来,反过来对其商务汉语的应用也造成了阻碍,并进一步影响跨文化商务交际的顺利进行。因此,在商务汉语教学中,教师要对商务文化予以足够的重视,培养学习者的商务文化意识,使其在学习语言的基础上进一步了解中国商务文化,达到在跨文化商务活动中运用汉语进行顺利交际的目的。本篇论文主要从商务汉语教学角度出发,阐述了商务汉语教学中的商务文化意识培养相关问题,包括商务汉语与商务文化的关系,商务文化在商务汉语教学以及跨围商务交际中的重要性,以及商务汉语教学中应涉及的商务礼仪、商务谈判和商务写作中所体现的文化现象及其在商务汉语教学中的重要地位。论文最后一章(第五章)以韩国韩华集团一名驻华工作人员为教学对象,通过一篇贴近学习者工作与生活的教案设计详细展示了商务汉语教学的过程与步骤,商务文化在商务汉语教学中的重要性及体现,以及教学过程中所选择涉及的商务文化现象与具体培养方法等。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the international status of China and the extensive economic and commercial exchanges between China and foreign countries, more and more foreign enterprises choose to invest in China, open representative offices in China and dispatch staff in China. Meanwhile, Chinese business culture has become an important content in the process of learning Chinese. However, due to the differences between some of the business cultures of Learner-centered and Chinese, it is difficult for Learner to overcome the language difficulties, but it is difficult to integrate into the commercial culture of Zhongwei, which, in turn, hinders the application of Business Chinese. And further affect the smooth progress of cross-cultural business communication. Therefore, in business Chinese teaching, teachers should pay enough attention to business culture, cultivate learners' business culture awareness, and make them understand Chinese business culture on the basis of learning language. To achieve the purpose of using Chinese for smooth communication in cross-cultural business activities. From the perspective of business Chinese teaching, this paper expounds the related problems in the cultivation of business culture consciousness in business Chinese teaching, including the relationship between business Chinese and business culture. The importance of business culture in business Chinese teaching and cross-circle business communication, as well as the cultural phenomena embodied in business etiquette, business negotiation and business writing, and their important position in business Chinese teaching. In the last chapter of the thesis (Chapter 5), a Korean Han Hua group staff member in China is taken as the teaching object, and the process and steps of business Chinese teaching are demonstrated in detail through a teaching plan design which is close to learners' work and life. The importance and embodiment of business culture in business Chinese teaching, as well as the phenomenon of business culture and the specific cultivation methods.
