汉语国际推广网络平台策划

【摘要】：在全球化时代，国家形象需要通过文化传播得以实现。中国目前的文化传播仍处于“文化逆差”，如何加快文化交流，，有效传播中国的声音和形象成为当务之急。随着我国综合国力的增强以及世界经济的全球化发展，越来越多的外国人希望了解中国。在世界范围内，把汉语作为第二语言学习的人数一直呈快速上升趋势，全球出现“汉语热”已经成为不争的现实。因此，无论从国家战略高度，还是从汉语对外传播的实际需要来看，汉语对外推广网站都应该是国家语言推广战略的一个重要组成部分。本文在前人的研究和实践的基础上，结合汉语对外推广网站建设的实际情况，进行了一些思考，并综合了对外汉语教学理论、语言学理论、传播学理论、互联网基础原理，针对国家级的汉语推广网络平台的建设提出了自己的想法和整体策划。首先，笔者对现有的有关对外汉语教学和推广的网站进行了考察和分析。总结出了当前这些网站的特点，并分析了它们的不足。其次，对网络学习者的特征进行了分析，提出了建设汉语推广网络平台模式的概念，以平台的方式连接网络学习者和汉语教学资源。第三，根据学习者的特点提出了汉语推广网络平台的设计原则。最后，以建构主义学习理论和记忆与遗忘规律为理论依据，对平台模式的网络课程和交互设计提出了自己的设想。
[Abstract]:In the era of globalization, the national image needs to be achieved through cultural communication. At present, China's cultural communication is still in a "cultural deficit". It is urgent to speed up cultural exchanges and effectively spread China's voice and image. With the strengthening of China's comprehensive national strength and the globalization of the world economy, more and more foreigners want to know China. In the world, the number of people learning Chinese as a second language has been rising rapidly, the emergence of "Chinese fever" has become an indisputable reality. Therefore, whether from the national strategic level or from the actual needs of the Chinese language dissemination, the Chinese language promotion website should be an important part of the national language promotion strategy. On the basis of the previous research and practice, this paper combines the actual situation of the construction of Chinese as a foreign language promotion website, and makes some reflections, and synthesizes the theories of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, linguistic theory, communication theory, the basic principle of the Internet. The author puts forward his own idea and overall plan for the construction of national Chinese promotion network platform. First of all, the author investigates and analyzes the existing websites about teaching and promoting Chinese as a foreign language. This paper summarizes the characteristics of these websites and analyzes their shortcomings. Secondly, the characteristics of online learners are analyzed, and the concept of constructing Chinese extension network platform is put forward, which connects online learners and Chinese teaching resources in the way of platform. Thirdly, according to the characteristics of learners, the design principles of Chinese extension network platform are put forward. Finally, based on the constructivist learning theory and the law of memory and forgetfulness, the author puts forward his own ideas for the network curriculum and interactive design of the platform mode.
