浅议5P国际汉语师资培养模式的创新性

【摘要】：5P国际汉语师资培养模式,采用内容点拨、教师精讲、案例分析、模拟练习、成果展示5个全新的教学环节,实现了预期的目的,强调了有效性、相关性、实用性。批判性思维能力的培养是其核心所在。5P模式有其独特的见解、思路和经验,是一种先进的培训理念,从参与状态、交往状态和达成状态来看,是行之有效的。作为一次大胆地探索,5P所提出的理念和实践,符合高层次、复合型、应用型国际汉语人才培养目标,具有一定的推广价值。
[Abstract]:The 5P international Chinese teacher training model adopts five new teaching links, which are content point, intensive teaching, case analysis, simulation practice, and results display. It achieves the expected purpose and emphasizes the validity, relevance and practicability. The cultivation of critical thinking ability is its core. 5P mode has its own unique opinions, ideas and experiences, and is an advanced training concept, which is effective from the state of participation, communication and achievement. As a bold exploration, the idea and practice put forward by 5P accord with the goal of training international Chinese talents of high level, compound type and application type, and have certain popularizing value.
